'Final exam schedules are here,' Quinn says as he walks towards the Slytherin table.
'Great noticing, Quinn,' Daph replies.
'Why're you in such a mood? Guys, why's she in such a mood?' Quinn furrows his eyebrows.

'She's just mad she has arithmancy and potions on the same day,' Blaise comments.
'And so do I! But you don't see me complaining!' I say.

'You lot are so annoying, I'm leaving!' Daph announces as she dramatically leaves the great hall while struggling to carry her heavy books.

'I-I'll help her out, be right back,' Blaise says as he shoots us a smile and trails after the blonde.

'He likes her, doesn't he?' observes Quinn.
'Maybe anyways thinking about our friends' love life isn't going to help us in our exams, come revise transfiguration with me...' I ask as he immediately sits down next to me and helps me prepares for the upcoming transfiguration exam.

As the Hogwarts exams approached, the atmosphere in the castle grew tense with a mixture of excitement and nervousness. The students could be seen huddled in the library, pouring over their textbooks and notes, determined to do their best in every subject. The Great Hall, usually filled with laughter and chatter, now held an air of anticipation, as students were bent over their tables, trying to absorb as much of the knowledge as they could.

Our first exam was transfiguration and the exam went as well as you'd expect. Half the students came out of the classroom looking rugged and very exhausted. Quinn had managed to explode his teapot into loads of smithereens; Daph had managed to incorrectly transfigure her teapot into an alligator and there were a lot more casualties.
The only people who did seem proper after the exam were Hermione and Draco.

After transfiguration was charms and we were all paired up to perform a cheering charm on our partner. Unfortunately, I was paired up with Draco who hadn't come to that class and was struggling very hard to make me cheerful

Following the charms exam, we all head back down to our common rooms to revise for tomorrow's exams which included care of magical creatures and potions.

In our common room, Blaise was helping Daph remember the proper way to take care of a flobberworm whereas Quinn was asleep on the floor, using his potions books as a pillow.

Draco plops down beside me on the Slytherin common room coach, his eyes slowly turn towards me, observing me closely. 'Is this potions, 'Esque?' he asks, looking curiously over the numerous flashcards I've strewn across the couch.

'Yes and if you're going to stare, I might as well suggest that you help me out here,' I sternly reply, not desiring to be distracted by his gorgeous blonde locks and cold, grey eyes.

'Alright, alright... What're the ingredients for an antidote for common poisons?' he reads of a flashcard that was thrown onto the coach. This results in him being slapped on his hand, 'what was that for?' he complains.

'I'm not revising antidotes just yet,' I say as I take the flashcard away from him and hand him other cards regarding shrinking and wide-eye potion. 'Here,' I say as I give them to him.

'Hmm... alright, what's a girding potion used for?' he reads.
'It gives the user prolonged endurance,' I answer.
'Right you are, 'Esque!' he compliments and that's how our entire evening was spent:

Draco and I on the couch as he helps me go through all the flashcards I've prepared. He gave me a compliment whenever I'd answer anything correctly or give me a heinous insult whenever I answered anything incorrectly. But, as the clock ticked towards 8PM, me and Draco were finally done. He seemed pretty exhausted--even worse than me, who was actually using their brain.
