After the encounter with Ryan, Jake was tired. Just listening to her ramble on about how she wants him back, made him tired and want to just shut his brain off.

"Man. . . that girl is annoying as hell." Jake said to himself. "I'm almost glad we're not together anymore."

Jake then got into his pajamas and lay down in bed to get an early sleep. After the long day he's had, he deserved it.

But as he drifted off to sleep, he began to have another strange dream. And it was a continuation of where the last one left off. . .

Jake's Dream. . .

Jessica continued to chase after the hunters in order to try and rescue the vampire boy she saw. When she finally arrived, she was met at the front by some guards.

"Sorry, Miss. We don't allow people inside." One of the guards said. "It's very dangerous."

"Please, you have to let me help that guy." Jessica begged. "Please, I beg of you!"

"Sorry, we can't do that." The other guard said. "We have rules in place for a reason. And if you don't leave the premise, we'll have to do something we will regret later."

Jessica sighed in defeat as a car pulled up to the building. And another young woman came out of the front seat. She looked job at like Jessica, but had on a blue dress and black sandals. Her name is Jasmine Hunter. She is Jessica's twin sister.

"What are you doing out here, sis?" Jasmine scolded. "You could get in trouble if you're found here."

"I was just. . ." Jessica tried to explain herself, but was immediately shushed by her sister.

"No time to explain yourself." Jasmine said. "Let's just go home. Father will be furious."

"Okay. . . fine." Jessica said as she sulked over to the car.

Jasmine got into the driver's seat and drove off back home. "I can't believe you." She said under her breath.

When they got home, Jessica went to go straight inside, but Jasmine stopped her. "Let us have a talk." She said seriously. "It's better this way. And father will never know what you did."

Jessica sighed as she knew that she couldn't get away from talking to her sister. So she decided to tell her everything.

Jasmine listened to her sister's story and sighed in annoyance. "So, you're telling me. . . that you risked it all for a vampire freak?" She asked. "You're even stupider than you've let on."

"Look, I just think that the way we do things around here is. . . immoral." Jessica said. "Why do those who are different have to die just for being different? It makes no sense to me."

"You know how dad feels about this." Jasmine said. "Plus, he's already hooked you up with the young hunter."

"Oh no. . . please don't tell me that who I'm thinking it is is right." Jessica said in a sad tone. "It can't be."

"But he's a charmer." Jasmine said with a smile. "I'm almost jealous."

"There's nothing charming about Saxton." Jessica said. "He's sadistic, a narcissist, and even worse. . . he's a killer!"

"Well, if you don't want him, I'll take him." Jasmine said.

"Go ahead." Jessica said. "I'll die before I marry a vampire hunter."

"So, you'd rather marry a vampire then?" Jasmine asked.

"That's not what I said." Jessica said.

"But you're thinking it, right?" Jasmine asked. "You have a crush on that vampire freak!"

"No. . . I don't." Jessica said. "I just have a soft spot for our fellow vampire neighbors."

"You can't go soft on them now, Jess." Jasmine said. "Do you forget what happened to our Uncle? Vampires are nothing but evil, bloodthirsty creatures."

"But. . . he didn't look bloodthirsty." Jessica said.

"That's what they want you to think." Jasmine said. "In reality, they want to suck your blood and turn you into one of them to use you for unspeakable acts!"

"I know that vampires are made to be monsters." Jessica said. "But there's just something about this whole thing that doesn't sit right with me."

"Look. . . I don't care what you think." Jasmine said. "That vampire that you wanted to save, he's gonna die in there."

"No. . . I won't let them kill him!" Jessica said.

"If you even think of going back there, I'll tell Father." Jasmine said in a threatening tone. "And he won't like what he hears."

"You. . . you can't." Jessica began to cry. "You can't be serious, Jazz. You can't really be on the hunters side!"

"Sorry, sis. I don't know what to tell you." Jasmine said.

"I. . . I thought you always had my back." Jessica said. "It's been that way once we were little."

"Well. . . things change, Jessie." Jasmine said with a frown. "And if that change involves protecting our people, then I'll always choose our people."

"So. . . you don't support my thoughts?" Jessica asked.

"No. . . I don't." Jasmine said. "Sorry, but I don't want you to get hurt."

Jessica frowned and turned away from Jasmine. "I can't believe this. . . we've always been together since the start." She said as tears began to form in her eyes. "I was hoping we'd stay together near the end."

"Well. . . as long as you're in support of those freaks, then I can't support you." Jasmine said.

As she said that, Jasmine headed back inside as she didn't even look back at her sister. Jessica just stayed back as she couldn't believe what her sister had said. She really didn't support her decisions? And all because of how they were raised?

"I can't believe it. . . to think my own sister would say that to me." Jessica said to herself. "But screw her! I'll prove her wrong! I'm gonna go and save that handsome vampire. Even if it kills me. . ."

End of dream. . .

Jake suddenly woke up before he got to see anything else. He couldn't believe what happened. First, there was a young man running from hunters which was already revealed to have been a vampire. And now the same girl form before was talking to her sister about him. And they didn't see like they were close anymore. But Jake was still as confused as ever.

"I don't get it." Jake said to himself. "Why do I keep having these dreams? And why were those two sisters arguing? I mean. . . I see where both sides are coming from. But who's right?"

Jake continued to think about it, but he still didn't know how to interpret it.

"I guess I'll have to write this down." Jake said. "I don't know what to think of this. There has to be more to the story, I just know it."
