Since their weekend away three weeks ago Louis was struggling with more than one thing, not only because his head was all over the place, but because the day had too few hours for everything he needed to manage.

When he wasn't at school he was studying until he was too tired to concentrate and on the weekends- when he allowed himself to rest for a while- Harry demanded his attention and what Louis really could do without at the moment was that he seemed to be unable to think of anything else than sex.

He barely voiced it still being the shy and insecure boy he always was, but Louis noticed either way, whenever they cuddled he squirmed against him until it got heated. When they kissed Harry pressed himself against him and moved his lips until it got heated. As soon as a bit of Louis' skin was showing, he was just wearing boxers or no shirt Harry was all over him...until it got heated. And every single time ended in them having sex.

Normally Louis would be the last person to complain loving being connected to Harry like this, but his head was far away lately, he was stressed because of his exams and what University to attend when he received three acceptances already- two of them were his dream Uni and the one in Sheffield- and he had no idea what to do, so he couldn't deal with his needy boyfriend who just discovered the diversity all around the topic of being intimate and wanted to spend twenty four hours a day in bed with him at best.

Of course they spent time together outside of the bedroom as well, still keeping up their 'once a week date', but the struggle of getting everything under one roof ate Louis up and he felt like he was slowly going crazy, not knowing how long he could endure everything until his head exploded.

A knock on his room door made him lift his head from where he was sitting on the floor surrounded by books, notes, his laptop and pens.

"Yeah?" He called and rubbed his eyes, blinking a few times to be able to see clearly from staring at his study material for too long.

The door opened and Jay peeked her head inside with a smile.

"Hi, darling. Are you hungry? I could make you something real quick." She asked.

"No, thanks mum." Louis smiled slightly before averting his eyes and concentrating back on his notes.

"Lou." Jay sighed and stepped into the room. Louis hummed abstinently. "Hey." She crouched down in front of him and waited until he looked up with a sigh. "Don't stress so much. You're so smart, allow yourself to take a break." She said softly.

"You pressured me into studying and now that I'm doing it it's not right either?" Louis asked irritated.

"I didn't want you to be stuck with your nose in your books all day, honey." Jay smiled.

"But-" Louis contradicted weakly.

"What do you want to eat? I will make you whatever you want and then we'll sit down and have dinner together." Jay interrupted him quickly.

"Bu-"

"Louis."

"Fine." Louis grumbled. "Just some bangers and mash." He mumbled with a frown, not wanting his mum to make an entire five-course meal and he actually loved that easy dish.

"That was your favourite meal for years when you were younger." Jay remembered with a loving smile and she didn't miss the twitch of his lips when he remembered as well. She brushed his fringe out of his face softly and kissed his forehead. "I'm proud of you, darling. Don't worry so much, yeah? I'll call you when dinner is ready." She muttered before leaving him alone.

Just those simple words of his mum gave Louis new confidence and he felt better, able to concentrate on his work again without instantly getting a headache. Minutes passed while he was so immersed in his work that everything around him disappeared until Jay came back after thirty minutes telling him to come downstairs.
