Nunew cried a lot that week.
He didn't say a word the entire time Zee had been there.
All he heard was the constant crying and sobbing coming from Nunews room.
Nat had been to visit a few times but even then Nunew didn't talk to Zee.
Him and Nat just stayed in his bedroom and talked.
Zee tried every day to try and get Nunew to talk to him but he would only ever give one word answers, or complete silence.
Zee understood. But he still felt terrible.
He knew how much he hurt Nunew.
How much he shattered his heart.
If their roles were reversed Zee wouldn't want to talk to him either.
Max: You just need to give him time.
Zee took a sip of his drink.
Zee: I know...I just wish he knows how bad I feel. I want to apologise but I don't know how.
Max: You already have apologised and he knows. He's just shaken up, anyone would be.
Zee: I just feel so bad...
Max: I know this isn't what you want to hear...but you should feel bad.
Max: You fucked up. Bad.
Zee: I know...
Max: You know that Nunew liked you, and he probably still does. But now he won't want to admit it because of what you said.
Zee nodded.
Max: Can I ask you something?
Zee: What?
Max: Do you really hate Nunew?
Zee: No! Of course I don't!
Max: Then why would you say that?
Zee: I was just...
Zee: I didn't want to admit that I liked him...
Max: You...what?
Max: You like Nunew?
Zee: I did...or I do...but I was afraid. Like...I was scared what would happen with fans and how they would react...and I was scared he wouldn't feel the same way...
Zee: That's why I said it. To push my feelings away.
Max: What did Nunew say to you when you spoke to him at the hospital?
Zee: He...said that he loved me...and when I asked him what he meant he said he did...but he doesn't anymore.
Zee: I don't know what to do...
