Win: Team. Not right now, I'm busy.
Team put his hands on the arm of Wins chair.
Team: But Hiaaa! You said that we could go out tonight...the restaurant will be closing soon.
Win shrugged.
Win: Didn't know what time it closed. My bad. We'll go another day.
Team: But Hia that's what you said last week...
Win sighed.
Win: Team, I told you I'm busy. I have something important for work to do and it's due tomorrow.
Team: Okay, uhm...I'm sorry...Do you need anything?-
Win: Team! Just leave me alone!!
Team stood there in shock.
Win had acted like this before, yes, but he'd never raised his voice at him.
Team nodded.
Team: R-Right. I'll just be uhm...going then.
He quickly turned around and walked out of Wins office with teary eyes.
'Why do I always have to be so annoying?' He thought.
He walked up the stairs to their room and opened his door.
As soon as the door was shut, the tears fell.
He didn't want to cry, but he couldn't help it.
He just wanted Win to love him.
He wanted things to go back to how they used to be.
They used to be so happy.
But then Win applied for a new job, and things changed.
Team had begged Win countless times to quit his job but he would flat out refuse.
Team knew why.
The other day, Win had told him he had to work late as there was some incomplete files he had to submit, or something stupid like that, but he ended up coming home way past midnight and drunk.
Very drunk.
He had called Team by a different name when he walked in the door and was telling him how much he loved him and how much fun he had with him that night.
After Team sent him to bed his attention was caught by Wins phone vibrating.
He answered it to be greeted by a women's voice and the conversation went something a little like:
'Who are you?'
'I'm Wins lover.'
'What? No, I am.'
Team was able to connect the dots after that.
All he wanted was the old Win back.
The one who loved him.
Team: Why did you have to change, Hia?! WHY?!
