Dark Side of Chay

The Kidnapper

Wik/Kim wakes up with a massive headache. He looks around and notices that he is a room that is dimly lit, has no windows, and is quite dreary looking. He tries to get up from the bed and notices that he has an anklet chain on him. He thinks to himself, what the hell. Then he notices that the bed is bolted to the floor and there isn't anything else in the room but the bed and chain, which is attached in the center of the floor. There is another room with a dim light on it. He walks over to it and sees it is a bathroom. What the hell, he thinks. Who in the world would kidnap him. He knew they weren't after Wik; they were after Kimhan Theerapankul.

He notices that he has enough chain to use the bathroom and to lay in bed. He walks to what he believes is the main door only to realize the chain stops him about 4 ft from the door. Damn it he thinks to himself. Who would do this to him. He hasn't been involved with the family business since Chay decided to go abroad. He turned into Wik full time. Chay never did answer his video message. He always hoped that while on tour he would run into Chay and tell him what an idiot he was, and his leaving left an empty hole inside him.

He hears someone at the door, so he goes back to the bed and lays down. The person enters, he can't seem him clearly, so he asks the person if he knows who he is. The person just laughs and says glad to see you are awake. I will let my master know. The person leaves before Kim was able to get any information out of him. It was a short while later that food was delivered to him. The person who delivered it, sat in the only chair in the room until he was finished and then took everything away. The plate and utensils were all plastic, and the glass was Styrofoam. Kim was irritated as there was nothing, he could use to help himself escape. He looked at the anklet chain and it was top quality, and he would not be able to break it.

Kim lost track of how many days he was in the room. Without any windows he lost track of the days and time. He noticed he was stripped of everything. His watch, earrings, and anklet that was given to him by Chay were all gone. He could have cared less about the earrings and watch, but that bracelet meant the world to him. He never took it off. Every time the guard, as he began to call the person who brought him food and drinks every so often, would come, he would ask him about the anklet and why he was there and if he knew who he was. The person never spoke. It was beginning to unnerve Kim.

Meanwhile in a room exactly above the one that Kim was in, a man was watching the news. They were talking about the disappearance of Wik and that it had been 3 days since he disappeared without a trace. The man smiles because unless he wants Wik found, no one will find him. Finally, he can exact his revenge.

Akiro: Ren, he is not a good prisoner. When are you going to visit him?

Ren: I guess I should go let him know who has him.

Akiro: Are you sure you can handle it.

Ren: Yes, I am not innocent anymore.

As Ren is walking to the room where the prisoner is, he thinks back to almost two years ago.

Flashback to about 2 Years Ago...

Chay was tired of this family. He loved his brother, but he could no longer stay at the mansion. He loved Kim with all his heart, but Kim didn't love him. Instead, it was all a joke to him just to get information on his brother. He was used and then tossed aside. After the siege on the mansion and Yok's bar, Chay went to talk to the only person he knew that would help him. As he walks towards Korn's office door, he felt anxious. He knocked on the door and Korn told him to enter. Korn looked up from the paperwork on his desk and was surprised to see Chay there.

Korn: Is everything alright?

Chay: I need your help.

Korn: If it is in my power to do it, I will do it for you.
