Ren's POV

I took one last look on the monitor and watched Kim take down the last elite trainee. I smiled; he won all his matches today. Am I upset that I made my leaders wait on me? Nope, watching my man kick ass was worth it. Akiro met me as I was walking out of my office. He knew why I was running late and told me "Your pet just shocked Yoshi. Something that is hard to do." As we walked into the conference room, I noticed the seating of the leaders. Akio and Kwan were seating at the top seats. That was going to change today. I take my seat at the head of the table and have Akiro pass out the packets I was going to go over today.

I started the meeting by announcing that I had registered with the National Mafia council that I was in fact the leader of all the Yakuza per Sanoske's Sargara's last will and testament. I also left them know that I was registered as Porchay Kittiswasd, but my Yakuza name was Ren Sargara. I noticed that not only did Kwan and Akio go pale, but a few others that I didn't know their name went pale as well. I told them that in the packet was a copy of the Mafia Council acknowledging me as the leader and a copy of the contract that made Kimhan Theerapanyakul my pet for life. What shocked everyone is when I announce that once Kimhan has gone through his Elite Warriors training and Pet Training, he would be my right-hand man and personal protector. As expected, Akio spoke up against it.

I just pulled out my Desert Eagle and aim it right between his eyes. The shocked expressions on all my leaders' faces, makes me smirk. I look around and ask if there are any other objections and no one speaks. I think they are afraid to speak. Once everyone has figured out, I mean business, I tell them to turn to the third page in the packet. Kwan is the first to speak. "Why am I being demoted down 5 levels?" "Your inventory, and work has gone down significantly and just because you were number 3 when Sanoske was around doesn't mean your family will be number 3 when I am around. I will promote and demote as I see fit. Basically, your performance has been lacking." "Is there a reason we don't have a chance to keep our spots?" "Yes, because I said so and I am in charge. Yoda, your family has been performing above everyone else for awhile now, I have promoted you to the number 3 spot. Akio, your performance is lacking as well, but out of respect that you were also acting as the leader, I will give you time to bring up your performance before I demote you. Now, everyone get up and arrange yourselves due to your new positions" I look around and watch almost everyone move up or down a few spots. I purposely switched Kwan's and Yoda's spots. The top five leaders have Akio as their main points of contact to me and the rest have to go through Yoda. So, all those that I question their loyalty will now have to go through Yoda, who is as loyal as you can get. So, they will either get with the program or meet a bullet from Desert Eagle. Before I walk out, I let everyone know that I expect to see an increase in performance at our next meeting next week. Then I leave with Akiro following me. He showed that his last error was just a mistake as when I aimed my pistol at his father, he didn't move.

I got back to my office and look at my monitor again. The elite warriors were now running. They had to run three miles in 25 minutes. I noticed that Kim was not in the back, both him and Aoe were running in the top five. I smiled because I knew Kim had it in him to be my personal protector. I mean he had been doing it since we met and there was a reason that he was the most lethal of all the Theerapanyakuls. I looked over at Akiro and asked him to have Aioshi report to me. I had some legal issues I needed him to take care of.

Word went out that the Yakuza had a new leader, and he wasn't one to mess with.

Meanwhile, back in Thailand...

Vegas was using the information that Kim had collected as well as the information he was getting from Chay to tear apart his uncles' businesses. Every time he got called to the mansion for a meeting after a business was torn apart, he wanted to laugh because he was witnessing firsthand the emotions of his uncle. He couldn't fault Kinn or Khun as they had no idea what their Pa was like. Well, something told him Khun knew and that him being crazy was just an act, but since Chay hadn't proved false, yet he was doing it Chay's way. Vegas sent him a list of the Yakuza leaders that were in league with Korn. Chay said he would take care of it. Korn called another meeting and Vegas was on his way with Pete.
