Akio's POV

Ren has messed up everything. I can't believe the kid that showed up here a little over 2 yrs. ago is the same person now. Akiro and Yoshi did too good of a job teaching him the ropes of how the Mafia works. I am beginning to wonder if Korn didn't already train him, and he was sent to keep me in line. Oh well, regardless, he won't get his wish. The council is on my side. Kim needs to go the full month of training and since Ren has asked for special circumstances, if the council denies it, then they will choose someone to train Kim. I can't wait to make him bow down and be put in his place. If I can't get to Korn, I can make his kid suffer. I originally wanted to kill him, but after Ren got to him first, tormenting him sounds so much better. I can take pictures and send them to Korn and be like look at how your precious son has fallen. I have plans for Ren too. Once Ton is confirmed to be with Kitchi, Ton will let me know everything Ren is doing and therefore Kwan and I can block it until I find a way to get rid of Ren without it getting back to me. How did I get the council on my side, easy, I just asked them if we wanted to be a subordinate of the Thai Mafia. Of course, a couple of members said that wasn't happening and that Ren had everyone's best interest at heart, but I reminded them who he wanted for his pet and where he came from. I can see myself as the Leader within a year. All my meticulous planning is finally bearing fruit. I met Kwan and entered the meeting room waiting for the council to enter. Wait, why is Chen here, who invited him. Kwan looks at me and we step out. "Kwan, did you invite the leader of the international council?" "Why would I do that. I want to be back in control of Kitchi and Aoe and Ton marrying Kitchi would guarantee that." "You do realize that with Chen here, he is in control and not Yue." "I know. Ren is probably gonna get his wish and Kim will be deemed trained. We can only hope that Chen doesn't rule in the Kitchi situation since it is more of an internal issue." "Kwan, I think Aioshi invited him. Think about it. He wants Kitchi. We should have figured this was a possibility." "Those twins have always been problematic for us. No offense, your son isn't any better." "Yue has arrived, lets go in."

In the meeting room, Yue, the head of the Yakuza Council, hasn't been informed that Chen has arrived. Of course, Chen took offense to it.

Chen: Yue, you should have been here to announce and greet me.

Yue of course went pale and looked at Akio and Kwan entering the room. "My apologies, I was not informed that you would be attending."

Chen: No excuse. Anytime a pet special meeting is called, one of the international council is always involved. Yue, you should have been the one to inform me. I should not have had to find out by accident. When this is over, the international council will be investigating you and your fellow council members.

Akio and Kwan just looked at each other. This was not good news. They bought the council and the council had been doing their bidding now for years. This was a blow to Akio's plans. He couldn't say anything, so he just sat down. Kwan did the same, both hoping that Chen only ruled on Ren's issue. Yue on the other was worried and was informing the other council members to get the meeting room ASAP since Chen was there. He also told them they would be having a meeting after everything was over today. Yue was not about to go down because of Akio and Kwan. He just hoped the rest of the members felt the same way.

Meanwhile unknown to Ren of the chaos that was going on in the meeting room because Ren was secretly watching Kim. He left before Kim woke up because he wanted to remember the passion, they shared last night instead of what was about to happen as Ren knew once Kim saw who he really was, he would be hated. He wasn't sure if he could handle a second rejection from Kim. The first rejection sent him running and is what got him in this mess to begin with, a second one would kill him for sure.
