Our research has gone perfectly as we were able to produce what we initially wanted to.

"It has been hard on you ladies. We'll take it from here." Matteo said smiling as he hugged me, Luna and Izzy.

"We'll leave the rest up to you then. Good luck." Luna said as she handed the revised papers with the documented results and data.

"Call these two when something comes up. I won't be entertaining any calls from you lot, I'm gonna be busy watching my man take his well deserved trophy." I said chuckling while waving at them as we walked out of the lab.

"Cassandra Elise, you're abandoning us, now that you've made it official with our Golden Boy." Matteo said while wiping his fake tears which made the others laugh as I winked at him and put my pointer finger against my lips signalling him to shush.

I immediately headed to my car as I was gonna be driving to Monaco today to surprise Charles since we haven't seen each other for 3 weeks and he was heading straight home from Brazil to shoot a promotional video so he told me when we face timed last night that he can't come straight to see me.

The last time we spent time together was on his birthday when he flew to Maranello and we drove to Monaco to celebrate it.

I gifted him with a custom made grand piano with the side colored in red and white, with the red extending up to the lid and the white extending down to its legs.

The lid has been carved to resemble an F1 car while surrounded with small carvings of all the circuits in the calendar and the pedals were made to resemble the pedals of an F1 car.

Charles was speechless when he saw my gift as I had it delivered straight to his apartment with Lei coordinating with the delivery team and letting them into Charles's apartment with my keys while I was out having dinner with Charles.

He spun around with me in his arms, kissing me when he got over his initial shock then showered me with love. He posted a photo of the piano when he woke up the next morning with the caption:

"To the most beautiful girl in the world, thank you so much. You didn't just make my birthday a very special one but also made me feel like I'm on top of the world at the end of it.

Il mio amore, il mio unico e solo, quello con cui vedo il mio futuro, ti amo così tanto."

Needless to say, his post created an uproar with rumors of us being engaged trending and numerous fans constantly mentioning me on his post which we just laughed off as we enjoyed each other's company before his flight to Austin and my drive back to Maranello.

Me and Charles have been face timing almost everyday for the past 2 months except when he flies to Maranello during the weeks in between race weekends to spend time with me while still keeping his lead in the standings for the WDC title by winning races or finishing on the podium.

I arrived at the dock and parked my car before walking towards Charles's Sedici where they were shooting the new promotional video.

I blended with the crew and sat in front of one of the monitors, watching the videos they were taking.

I walked towards Charles and hugged him from the back when it was announced that they were finished with the shoot.

I gave him a soft kiss on his lips when he turned around looking at me surprised before snapping out of it and wrapping his arms around my waist.
