"I know what happened to Donovan. I know everything," Theo's sharp words cut through the tension, his recent actions dismissed as if it were a normal Friday for him. The coldness in his tone made Brianna's skin crawl, but it was Stiles who reacted first.

Without hesitation, Stiles charged toward Theo, his face twisted in anger. "Stiles, don't!" Brianna protested, but her voice fell on deaf ears as she watched the two boys collide. The testosterone-fuelled confrontation unfolding right before her eyes.

She could only watch; Brianna had already been part of killing Donovan, and now, she had witnessed Theo tear out Josh's throat. Yet, no one seemed to react the way she thought they would- there was no panic, no real shock. Everyone was disturbingly nonchalant. Yet they were all killers.

"You don't know anything," Stiles yelled, his voice hoarse as he shoved Theo against the wired fence, his knuckles white from the grip on Theo's collar.

Theo reversed the grip easily, his hands firmly planted on Stiles' shoulders. With a swift movement, the chimera overpowered him, slamming Stiles back against the metal fence, the sharp sound of impact ringing out into the night. Stiles' breath hitched, his chest rising and falling rapidly, but Theo remained unphased, his face eerily calm.

"I was there," Theo began, his voice low, each word cutting deeper into Stiles. "I was at the library. Malia found the book. She was texting us to see where you were. She said she left you there. I told her I was close. When I got there, I heard the scaffolding come down."

Brianna, her heart pounding in her chest, stepped forward, placing a hand on Theo's arm. It was firm, tense with suppressed strength. "You saw him?" she asked, her voice quieter than she intended.

"Just the body," Theo replied, his eyes flickering to her briefly before returning to Stiles. He loosened his grip on Stiles, allowing the boy to catch his breath. "I watched you both come out. I was gonna say something, but then I saw the cop car. And the body was gone. I don't know who took him. I only saw what you saw, and I didn't say anything because you didn't."

The sound of sirens blared from below, echoing through the hospital parking lot. Brianna's head snapped toward the sound, the infamous noise triggering a wave of anxiety in her chest. "That's not an ambulance, is it?" Theo's eyes flicked between the two humans in front of him. "We should get out of here."

Stiles, still in shock from Theo's revelation, shook his head stubbornly. "We can't just leave him." His voice was laced with disbelief, his eyes flicking toward Josh's lifeless body sprawled out on the concrete.

"Fine," Theo relented, his tone now more urgent. "Fine. All right, let's take him."

Brianna gasped, the sound loud in the stillness of the rooftop, her hand instinctively clutching her necklace. She had managed to escape the consequences of one murder. Being complicit in another? That was something she wasn't sure she could handle. The blood was still fresh in her memory, and she wasn't eager to relive it.
