Every month the full moon rises and with the rise of moon comes the rise of anamalistic attacks in Beacon Hills.
Werewolves are supernatural shapeshifters popular in Beacon County; wolves are sperated by three factors, alpha, beta, omega. The alpha is the leader of the pack and the most powerful. The beta is a part of the pack, turned or adopted by the alpha. An omega is a loner, they are weaker and very rarely survive hunting season. The same applies to the sub-genres of were-creatures including but not limited to werecoyotes, werecheetahs and werejaguars.
Weaknesses include:
1. Wolfsbane: an often purple plant that can cause harm to Lycan creatures
2. Bullets: harmful means of pain often laced with rarer and more harmful forms of wolfsbane. They say don't bring claws to a gun fight
3. Electricity: often paired with water or metal as a means of torture. Werewolfs are susceptible to harm caused by electricty
You can protect yourself from these creatures by using items such as mistletoe, mountain ash and as mention prior: wolfsbane.
