"Kiri! Spider! The war party has returned!" She heard Tuk cheer from a distance as she got off her Ikran. She had a hard look on her face as she heard her father tell them to fall in. "You're spotters!" Jake seethed as he glanced at all three of his kids in front of him, specifically at Lo'ak. "You spot bogies. You call them in. From a distance! Does any of this sound familiar?" He scolded as he shot Lo'ak an accusing look.

"Jesus! I let you three geniuses on a mission and you disobey direct orders!" Jake spat, ignoring the fact these were his own children he was speaking to. Ra'mora poked the inside of her cheek with her tongue as she glared at her father. Kiri and Tuk had already approached as soon as Tuk told her they arrived, spider was talking to Norm.

The girls looked all over their sibling's bodies, Ra'mora seemed to carry the most injuries but nothing too serious other than the fact she had a large scrape on her shoulder. She didn't seem bothered by it at all, her face was expressionless but it was obvious she was pissed. She gently shrugged off Tuk's hand that was looking over her wounds.

"Kiri, go help your grandmother with the wounded. Tuk you too, please." Jake pleaded, he didn't want his daughters to hear the earful their siblings were about to receive. "My brother is wounded." Kiri retorted and she held onto Neteyam's shoulders, to which he shrugged off.

Jake shot his daughter a look that basically said not to argue with him. She rolled her eyes and huffed then took Tuk's hand and led them to Tsahik's tent. Ra'mora was getting irritated with her father and crossed her arms over her chest, a deep exhale from her nose. Her harsh gaze was still set on Jake but he didn't seem to notice, however Neytiri did.

"Sir, I take full responsibility." Neteyam said which made Ra'mora release a soft sigh as he once again tried to take the blame for everything. "Yeah! You do! Because you're the older sibling, you gotta act like it," He scolded. "And you too Ra'mora!" He turned to look at her and was met with his daughter staring him down as she sucked on her teeth, probably to hold her temper. He looked away from her gaze and back to his son.

Neytiri was aware of her stare but ignored it. She thought Jake was being too harsh on them right now to say anything to her. "Ma Jake, your son is actually bleeding." Neytiri interjected, in hopes of calming the conversation a bit. "It's fine." Neteyam mumbled. Jake gave him one last look and sighed

"Go get patched up. Go on, go." Jake dismissed, allowing his eldest son to get his wounds checked out. Neytiri followed after him and now it was just Lo'ak and Ra'mora with Jake. Her eyes silently followed after her twin's walking figure. Her eyes quickly scanned over his wounds and then over to the ones on Lo'ak. She realized she had gotten the most injuries and ones that would hurt more later on for sure. She was too pissed at the moment to even feel it.

Jake then adverted his attention to Lo'ak. "You do realize you almost got your brother and sister killed, right?" Jake asked harshly. Ra'mora scoffed lightly in return at her father.
"Yes sir." Lo'ak nodded

Jake sighed and shook his head. "You're grounded. No flying for a month, now seek to the ikrans." and with that Lo'ak was dismissed and headed towards the ikrans as ordered.. Jakes gaze then went to his eldest daughter, and of course he knew she was upset. Before he could even say anything her mouth opened first.

"Must you always blame Lo'ak?" She hissed. "Don't speak to me in that tone Ra'mora," Jake starts, the girl already rolled her eyes as soon as he said it. "You and Neteyam are the oldest. You guys can't keep taking the blame for him, especially Neteyam." She sighed but nodded her head. "Alright go. Go get your shoulder checked out." Jake dismissed her. She left to Tsahik's tent without another word.

'Why did Lo'ak get the worst scolding all the time? Whats with him pulling the 'older sibling responsibility' card again?'

She thought to herself as she made her way to the entrance of the tent, mentally scolding her father. The adrenaline wore off and she was starting to feel the pain now, especially her shoulder.

As she entered she saw Mo'at being handed a bowl with paste in it and Neteyam sat in front of her. "We should be using yanglabark." Kiri sighed as Mo'at began to apply some paste on wounds that were littered on Neteyam's back. "Ow!" he yelped. "I would use yanglabark." Kiri continues, as did Neteyam's shouts. "Ow! Ow!" Ra'mora snickered at Neteyam's reaction. "Oh really? And who is Tshaik?" Mo'at glanced at Kiri.

Kiri let out a sigh before speaking. "You are, grandmother," She says reluctantly. "But yanglabark is better. It stings less." Mo'at simply hummed at her in response. Kiri moved from Neteyam to tend to her sister who sat beside her twin with an amused smirk on her face as she watched her brother and his horrible pain tolerance.

"How's that otarabark feelin? Mister Mighty warrior." She teased him, but little did she know Kiri was preparing the otarabark paste right behind her. She assumed she was going to use yanglabark after her little explanation to Mo'at. "Shut it." Neteyam hissed, causing her to laugh. Her laughter was cut short as she felt a strong stinging pain on her left shoulder that made her face scrunch up. Now it was Neteyam's turn to laugh.

"I take back my words, brother." She pleads as her fingers gripped her loincloth and she let out groans of pain. "Okay okay Kiri! Thats enough!" Ra'mora exclaims. "Really? I personally think another layer would be great." Kiri said with a smirk. "Sister please! I'll make you a new top!" She pleads dramatically. Kiri sarcastically sighs and shrugged, "Well I guess." She rolls her eyes playfully and started to wrap up the wounds. Ra'mora let out a huge sigh of relief at that.

Out of the corner of her eye she saw Lo'ak in the corner laughing at both her and Neteyam being in pain with spider beside him. She stuck her middle finger at him, but it didn't come out quite right since she had four fingers and not five like their father. Lo'ak and spider laughed harder upon seeing this, she rolled her eyes at him then stood up with Neteyam. The two practically were in sync as they both winced in pain.

Mo'at dismissed Kiri to leave, she didn't need her help anymore. Kiri, Lo'ak and spider went to visit the lab as Neteyam and Ra'mora were instructed to rest. Ra'mora layed down on the mat first and let out a quiet "oof" as she did. Neteyam layed beside her on his stomach since he had the most wounds on his back. She sighed as she saw him in such discomfort and gently placed his head on her chest and brushed through his hair.

The twins were practically the same age, Ra'mora being just a few minutes younger, but they often switched roles with who was the oldest. Moments like these Ra'mora would comfort her twin like an older sibling would do. The two quickly drifted to sleep, the rest of the siblings smiling at each other at the sight of the twins asleep on top of each other.

Tuk wasted no time to curl up on the other side of Ra'mora. Lo'ak hugged Tuk from behind and Kiri slept beside Neteyam with her head on his shoulder and they all fell asleep. This peaceful position didn't last though. When Neytiri and Jake came back and saw their children all sleeping on top of each other they had to hold in a laugh. Neteyam was now sprawled out on top of his twin's stomach, Ra'mora had her feet over Kiri's back, Tuk's limbs were sprawled out and she had one of her hands in Lo'aks face, and Lo'ak had his leg over Ra'mora.

Jake quietly grabbed a camera that was gifted to him by Norm and snapped a pic of them. It was a good and funny memory to look back on. Neytiri rubbed Jake's arm soothingly with a smile on her face as she looked at her children sleeping peacefully together, snoring and drooling.

That was definitely something they all inherited from Jake and didn't go unnoticed by Neytiri.
