Tsireya had came into our hut again a few minutes ago and we were now walking along the sand again. I like Tsireya, she is very nice. It's so obvious she has a thing for Lo'ak, it almost hurts watching the two try and flirt with one another.
Tsireya made a brief explanation on what we will be doing today, swimming.
Her, Rotxo, and Ao'nung effortlessly dived into the water which left me in a state of awe at how graceful they looked.
Me, Neteyam and Lo'ak wasted no time jumping into the water in a not so graceful manner. Neteyam and Lo'ak were quite slow at swimming, barely keeping pace with me and the Metkayina teens.
I was able to sort of keep pace with Tsireya and hold my breath longer than Neteyam and Lo'ak. Tsireya flashed me a proud smile when she turned around and saw I was relatively close to the group of Metkayina teens.
'I told those skxawngs those breathing exercises would be useful one day.'
Neteyam and Lo'ak suddenly moved up above the water's surface and I saw the Metkayina teens exchange looks of confusion and turn to look at me.
"They need to breathe." I mouth, to which Tsireya nodded and then then turned to the two boys beside her and started doing... hand movements?
'The fuck is she doing? Did she just throw up gang signs? Definitely not, I doubt that the Metkayina has a gang. Wait no never mind no where on Pandora do they have gangs. What the fuck am I even talking abo-'
Netetam and Lo'ak came back under again, and we all started swimming again. They went back up to the surface again and this time I followed, since I felt my lungs start to burn.
I took a large gasp of air as soon as I popped my head out the water, I hadn't even notice the three were following us up until I heard Tsireya's voice.
"Are you all alright?" She questions, her voice laced with concern.
"You're too fast! Wait for us." Tuk whines.
'When did Tuk get here?'
"You are not good divers," Ao'nung says, "Maybe good at swinging through trees-" He gave an offended look at Tsireya after she cut him off by slapping the back of his head.
"What was that finger thing you guys were doing?" I ask while moving my fingers to try and mimic what she did.
"We don't know what you're saying." Neteyam adds.
"I will teach you," Tsireya says, "Now come." Her and the other two boys began to swim to shore, and we all followed along.
As we made it near the shore, Ao'nung stops once the water only reached his hips and I took notice of his waist.
'Bro got a slutty waist.'
I was taken out of my thoughts as he began to make a sort of clucking noise and a few creatures same towards us.
I stared at the unknown creatures around us in awe, one them rubbed its head onto my skin and I rubbed its back gently.
"If you want to live here, you must ride." Ao'nung spoke.
I looked Ao'nung up and down subtly, but not in a judging way this time.
'Oh I'm riding something thats for su-'
"Will it try to kill us?" Lo'ak questions, which made me slap my palm against my forehead mentally.
"What?" Tsireya asked with concern.
