Chapter 8

I wake up to hear the boys playing video games. I see that Kayla is still asleep. I get up and go over to Cameron. I kiss him on the cheek. "Good morning." I say.

"Morning beautiful." Cameron says back. I go into the kitchen to make all of us some breakfast. I get out the oatmeal, bread, and pop tarts. After making breakfast everyone sits down at the table and eats. I then brew some coffee and sit down next to Cameron.

After we eat, I go get ready for the day. I take a warm shower and put my contacts in. Then blow dry my hair and brush it. I put on a Magcon Brothers crop top with a black skater skirt. Then I throw on my white converse high tops and curl my hair. Then I wear mascara and pin my bangs back with a black bow. I head downstairs.

"Lia! Wanna come to the park with us?" Hayes asks.

"Sure." I reply. Me, Hayes, Kayla and Cameron grab our penny boards to skate to the park. Nash and Matthew walk behind us.

When we get to the park two blocks away from Cameron's house, me and Kayla go straight to the swings. These are the swings we used to swing at all the time when we were little. Also, me and Cameron met at this park for the first time when we were 5. This park has so many memories.

Matt, Nash, Cameron, and Hayes sit at a bench on their phones. I walk over to Cam and peck him on the cheek. He smiles and scoots over for me to sit down with him. Kayla does the same but to Hayes.

"Lia, you're birthday is coming up in a week." Nash tells me.

"Omg yes! I totally forgot." I reply. "I'll be turning 17."

"Are you gonna have a party?" Nash asked.

"Um I don't know. Maybe." I said.

"You should." Matthew states.

After a couple hours at the park, we decided to skate to the ice cream shop across the street. I got rocky road and Cameron got strawberry. We walked around town eating our ice cream. Then it got dark so we went back home.

"Let's play some video games Cam." Hayes said.

"Nah I think I'm done for the night. We should all just sleep in our beds tonight. You and Nash get the basement, Matthew can have my room, and me and Lia will take her room. Sounds good?" Cameron says.

"Yeah." I say with a yawn. I go upstairs to take out my contacts and get in my pajamas. I get into one of Cameron's shirts and some spandex. I put my hair in a messy bun and brush my teeth. I see the door open.

Cameron's POV:

I walk into Lia's room a ready for bed. She looked so adorable with her glasses on and in one of my old shirts with her hair in a bun. I scanned her up and down. "Wow." I said.

"What? Their just pajamas." Lia said with a giggle looking down trying not to blush. I walk over to her. Pull her close to me. Look at her eyes. Our eyes locked. I leaned in. Our lips touched. It was soft yet passionate. She stands on her toes because I'm a lot taller than her. Her arms wrapped around my neck running her fingers through my hair. My arms still on her waist slowly crept down. I spin her around and stand her up to the wall. We made out. It was so magical. As soon as we stopped, we laid in bed and talked. Her voice was so smooth. I cracked a little but that's what was cute. We finally got tired and I fell asleep with her in my arms. I kissed her nose.

"Goodnight beautiful." I say as soft as I can. Then.. We were sound asleep.
