*Iofi POV*

After giving it some thought, I decided I wanted to take the longer left path just so I could see more things.

"Can we go sightseeing?" I asked softly.

"Yes, let's take the longer path then, or is Moona going to be opposed to that?" Risu asked

"No, it's fine," Moona said.

Zeta thought about it and sighed at us softly, "I'm going ahead since I have a date."

"Sure, see you," Moona said.

Zeta expected more of an argument and some pushback but wasn't met by any, so she just signed and walked off.

"Alright, let's go on the left path, then, just so you know, there probably will be a long line." Risu claimed

"I got it," I said.

We began to walk down the path. I noticed Moona was being really quiet, so I slowed down to talk to her.

"Are you alright?" I asked her

"Yes, it's just that you have spent so much time with Risu so far, and I want to get to know you better as well."

"Ah..." Moona's words hit me like a truck. "I want that too!" I told her, causing a smile to creep up on the moon goddess's face.

To be honest, I was planning on getting to know her eventually; it's just that Risu has asked me about stuff so far. She is clearly more chatty than Moona, that is for sure.

"Iofi over here is the local pharmacy; it's a place where you get medical supplies and medication if you need it," Risu said.

She pointed at the building, and I studied it, making sure to remember what it looked like.

"Across from it is a locally owned convenience store," Risu said.

"What is a convenience store?" I asked

"Thank you for asking; it is a store where you can just pick up simple things like milk and stuff; it doesn't have all the extra stuff like tools," Risu said.

I understand," I replied.

We walked around, and she showed me a bunch of other things as well, like a video game store, a doctor's office, and even places people go to work. The Earth is actually pretty interesting.

"So, Iofi, what do you think about the planet?" Risu asked

"Pretty fun so far, as I already told you, my planet is kind of boring, and I want some fun, so this will be a good vacation, although I hope it can be permeate." I laughed

I looked ahead and saw a group of people eating something interesting. There was a tan cone, and people were eating multiple colored swirly things.

"Iofi, that is soft-serve ice cream!" Risu said

"Oh, it looks interesting," I said.

"Not what you expected?" Moona sighed

No, it looks delicious. I just didn't know what to expect. To be honest, I was thinking ice cream was going to be a cream paste that just tasted like ice!" I claimed

"No, it's delicious!" Moona told me

"You have to pick a flavor, though," Risu told me.

"Moona-senpai, Risu-senpai, hello!" A small brown-haired girl said that as she approached us, I noticed her yellow highlights, finding them charming.

"Hello, Anya, we need to introduce you to our new friend." Moona said

"Hi, I'm Airani Ioffiteen, but please call me Iofi; I'm an alien!" I told her

She didn't seem shocked at all by the prospect of an alien being here, just like everyone else.

"I'm Anya Melfissa, and I'm a Kris!" I was told

"Wait, Kris, like the sword?" I asked

"Correct senpai!" She said

"Ah-senpai?" I was confused by the honorific.

"Is that not okay? You're hanging around with my senpai; that's why I assumed you were my senpai. Are you okay if I call you that?" She asked politely.

"I am extremely okay with it!" I told her

"Then from now on, you're senpai!" Anya giggled

"I'm happy you two are getting along so far." Moona said

Senpai, is there anyone I don't get along with?" Anya asked

"Fair point," Moona pointed out.

While they talked, I looked at the menu that was outside the ice cream place. There were many flavors. chocolate, vanilla, twist, strawberry, mint, coconut, caramel, coffee, raspberry, cookie, pecan, and hazelnut-too many to choose from.

"Maybe you should start with something basic like chocolate or vanilla." Risu suggested

"What is a twist?" I asked

"It is both chocolate and vanilla," Risu said.

"Interesting, maybe I'll have that and then coconut and maybe mint," I said.

"Okay, well, let's see if you like ice cream before we make a judgment," Moona said.

We waited in line for a while until we finally got into the store. Risu was thinking about stuff.

"Maybe I'll get pecan or hazelnut," she said.

"I think I'll just have vanilla," Moona said.

Senpai, you should treat yourself!" Anya said to Moona in response

"Do you know what you want exactly?" Risu asked me

"Yes, I want the twist one so I can try two flavors at once!" I said

"We will get you that," Moona said.

We finally got to the counter and ordered what we wanted, and as the ice cream was passed out, Risu rummaged through her bag and got some money out.

"Wait-you are paying for me!" I asked

"Yeah why?" Risu asked

"I don't want you to keep spending money on me, and besides, you gave me an allowance, right!" I asked

"I'm going to pay..." Risu told me

It just doesn't seem right for me to let her pay for everything she already has treated me to yummy food earlier, and I don't want to just freeload like Ollie apparently is doing.

"Why can't I pay for it, though?" I asked

"Because it would be rude to have you pay for your ice cream since I offered to take you here!" Risu said

"She does have a point here," Moona replied.

It still doesn't sit right with me. I don't know if I can let her pay for me or not.
