Ghosts Can Make A

The morning light filtered through the partly closed curtains of Riya's bedroom, casting a golden glow along her coffee table as she sat atop her sofa, her mother's guitar in her hand with Perfect Harmony dutifully placed by her side with a half-used pen covering the top lyrics.
Riya was plucking aimlessly at the strings, her muscle memory managing to complete the song in its entirety, even if her brain couldn't keep up with any sort of lyrics.
"I believe... rhythm in the heart... stars in the sky... melody together..." Riya mumbled to herself, trying to find any coherence to some lyrics which could fit with the repetitive rhythm playing in her hands.
"Heaven on earth, melody and words..." Quickly Riya scrambled to write the lyrics down by her side, back arching over her guitar before she set herself into a playing position.
"I feel your rhythm in my heart. You are my brightest, burning star, woah. I never knew a love so real. We're heaven on earth, melody and words. When we're together we're. Perfect harmony."
Riya fully intended to keep playing, trying to keep the sudden burst of inspiration going before her creative juices ran out, however she was distracted by the pillow on the couch opposite to her own shifting, a head appearing over the knit pastel green covering.
She stopped playing to lean over her guitar, no longer jumping at Luke's sudden appearance over her couch smiling softly in her direction with a love-struck expression across his face; it was almost tradition at that point for Luke to show up unannounced.
"Keep going, it sounds great." Riya did think of trying to continue, but in that one split second of glancing in Luke's direction all her creativity drained out of her body, being replaced by the thumping memories of the night before.
Luke's words... The way he grinned at her... His kiss...
Riya felt her cheeks heat up, hiding half her face behind her guitar while she looked across at Luke on her couch. He seemed far too comfortable with his chin perched on the arm of the couch, pillow hugged close to his chest with his head tilted to the side, like he fit perfectly atop that single couch he had only sat in once in his entire life.
"I'm tying a cow bell to you one of these days." Riya tried to seem serious about the statement, but the slight laugh which escaped through her words took out all seriousness of her statement. Not to mention that she didn't actually own a cowbell.
"But then you'd miss fun surprises like this." The pillow fluttered to the ground as Luke poofed away, Riya gently setting her mother's guitar aside thinking Luke was going to try to scare her and not wanting to damage the object.
However, instead of scaring her as Riya had thought, Luke poofed behind the couch she was sat at tapping at her shoulder for her to look up before pulling his beanie off his head and tugging down her eyes.
Riya giggled, trying to fight Luke's hands to at least move the beanie out of the way for her to be able to see again, but before the battle could be won by either side, Riya felt something cold press against her cheek, freezing instantly.
Had Luke just kissed her cheek?
Finally managing to tug the beanie away from her eyes, Riya searched wildly throughout the room to find Luke, who as soon as she looked over her shoulder had poofed back cross-legged by her side, a dazzling smile shimmering across his face. He had definitely kissed Riya's cheek.
