Mercy's POV
We arrived at the set and I went straight to Wardrobe. They put me in my costume and sent me to Hair and Makeup.
I opened the door and stepped in to see Chandler getting done for Carl. He had his hat in his hands. I sat in the chair beside him and he smiled at me.
"Hello, Makenzie." He joked.
"Well, hello, Carl." I replied, smiling back. His blue eyes sparkled with amusement.
The artists put fake dirt on my skin and hair to make it look like I hadn't showered in months.
I was rushed out the door towards the set and heard Robert Kirkman call places for the first scene that I was in.
SCENE
I walked alone down a road, barely surviving. I looked up and saw three people walking my way without noticing me.
"Hey!" I called to them. They all looked up and pointed their guns at me. Well, the two guys did. The woman put her hand on he sword.
I put my hands up and the man asked me, "Who are you?"
"My name is Makenzie."
"Are you alone?" He asked, looking around.
"Yes. It's been that way for almost a year."
He sighed, looking me up and down. "How many walkers have you killed?"
I scoffed. "Way too many to count."
"How many people have you killed?" He asked, still pointing his gun at my head.
"One."
"Why?"
"He killed my mother. And then tried to kill me and my brother."
"Where's your brother now?" The woman spoke.
"Dead."
SCENE END
We all looked to Danai for her line. She started to laugh. Soon, we were all in fits of laughter.
"I forgot my line." She said, wiping a tear.
Chandler put his "gun" back in the holster and looked to Danai. "Come on, Danai! We were doing good!" He joked, throwing his hands up in the air.
We went back to our places for the start of the scene and went through it until Chandler fumbled with his words.
"Dad? What are you doing?" He said.
"That's my line." Danai said smiling.
"What? I'm not talking." Chandler joked making us laugh again.
"Are you getting this?" I shouted to the camera people. "This is golden Gag Reel material!"
