Grayson's POV

Mom hit the floor in tears. I placed my hand on her shoulder to soothe her.

"What's he going to do?" She asked onced she regained her composure.

"That's what I wanted to talk to you about. There is the option of amputation and a prosthetic leg. It will take practice to get used to, but at least he'd be able to walk." Doctor Peters explained.

Mom wiped a tear and said, "I'll have to talk to him about it. This is his choice."

Doctor Peters nodded and walked away. We went back in the room to see Mercy laying beside Chandler again. It was quiet until Mercy saw us.

Mercy's POV

Gina and Grayson went out to the hallway with Doctor Peters. Chandler woke up and started asking questions. I slid into the bed beside him and started to answer them.

"What happened?"

"You paralyzed your leg."

He sighed.

"I have a question now." I said. He nodded and played with his fingers, knowing what I meant.

Just as I was about to ask what went on with Cash when Gray and Gina came back in. I sat up.

"Well?"

"The doctor said that he can amputate it and give you a prosthetic. It's your choice Chandler." Gina replied with tears in her eyes.

Chandler thought long and hard. "I..."
