She knew she had to be dreaming. It's like being on the edge of reality, rejecting the urge to open your eyes. Olivia downed two bottles stella black after arriving home from that disaster of an first date. Light weight in every way, she allowed the liquor flow through her veins, ignoring the consequences. Drowning your sorrows in an bottle of your choice gives you freedom of thought. You finish bottle one, you don't have an care in the world. After bottle two, your further from your mind then you ever imagined you could be. Drinking her last "glass" straight from the bottle, euphoria touched her insides, rocking her hips to the beat of breakup tunes made from of the 90's. Consciousness started to feel hazy as her body met with the sofa. As her eyes grew heavy, she dreamed to be in Spencer's embrace. Her frame curled deeper into the warmth of his touch, inhaling his scent. Her face slipped against the pillow, imagining the softness of his complexion. Her arm tightened so she could hold onto him for as long as she could, knowing the moment couldn't last forever.

"I've missed this, wish it didn't have to end"

She mumbled against his hard shape.

"Wish you loved me like the way I want you to. Wish you'd come to me like you used to, like the way we were."

"I'm right here"

That sleepy voice she loved so much boomed through her head. She was content in this space and planned to enjoy it. She spent many days like this. Him holding her, that feeling of safety he gave her, singling her out from the rest of his view of the world. An space she tended to attach herself with. Because he was just Spencer. His walls were down, open and vulnerable, with an willing heart.

"Until you leave again"

She reminded him.

"You take your heart with you when you go, and it hurts everytime."

Spencer's arm enveloped her, whispering everything she wanted to hear from him.

"My love for you never left honey. I just don't wanna hurt you. I'm pushing you away to protect you. But I can't do that anymore now."

Olivia loved dreamy Spencer. He had sweet words and batted over an thousand on the scale. She sighed sinking further into him.

"I'm not gonna wanna open my eyes after this."

"Why not?"

She felt his levity travel through her.

"Oh that's not an answer, honey."

"I just want you to stay. I wanna have this all the time but I know once I open my eyes, you'll disappear, and I have to go without you all over again. I don't want to."

Spencer's fingers form patterns along the small of her back. Silence settles around them while she debates waking up from this. Minutes turn into hours as she positioned her head against his chest.

"Open your eyes, Livie"

Spencer orders, the movement in his hands stopping.

"No"

She dismissed. The arm wrapped around his middle pulled her up, rolling her onto her back. His frame hovered over, soft lips gently touching hers.

"Olivia"

Heat shedding from his skin melted her.

"Would you like me to kiss you, honey?"

Olivia's hand gripped his neck bringing it closer.

"Yes"

Olivia's begging tone came in her answer, and he followed pursuit. Legs and arms wrapped around him with his mouth coated against hers. She pressed against him, closing the space between them. Desire spread between them as his hard frame swaddled hers. Skin tingling where he touched. Keeping her eyes closed, she kisses him deeply. His tongue synced with hers, letting his hands explore every part of her body. He pulled back as she whimpered from the absence of that action.
