Bang Chan couldn't sleep at all. After 2 hours of sleep Minghao put him to, he woke up from a nightmare about losing Yedam and Seungmin. He silently wept but it didn't go unnoticed by someone in the dorm
"Chris? You okay?"
Jungkook whispered as he didn't want to disturb Mingyu, who was fast asleep below Jungkook
"I-I am fine. I will g-get some fresh air and come back-"
Bang Chan whispered as he abruptly got up from the bunk bed he was supposed to share with Minghao before he left the dorm room. It hurt him so much that he could lose Seungmin which he didn't want to happen. He walked around the academy, not knowing what to do before he ended up in a small garden maintained by the Sunshines. He sat down on the grass and admired the crescent moon while letting his tears flow. He could only pray that Seungmin will forgive him
"Hyung?"
A voice called out to him as he turned around and saw no one but then realized that it was none other than Mingi
"Yeah?"
Bang Chan answered as he could feel a presence next to him and slowly Mingi revealed himself
"It hurts right hyung? Love does hurt right?"
Mingi asked while sniffling as Bang Chan couldn't help but hug Mingi tightly and tear up
"You didn't need to side with me, Mingi. I don't deserve it."
Bang Chan whispered as he could feel Mingi's shoulder shake
"T-That's not true hyung. Y-You had your reasons. I-I believe that Y-Yuyu does too. I-I am still waiting for him to give me a proper one and I k-know that he needs a lot of t-time."
Mingi stated while crying silently on Bang Chan's shoulders which made him cry as well. Even if their pains were different, the reason was the same, love. They both spent the night in the garden until the sun started to rise
"Where are you two?"- Seungmin
"Hello?"- Seungmin
Bang Chan and Mingi forcefully shut Seungmin down as they both wiped the tear stains from their cheeks before standing up. They both knew what to do so Bang Chan hugged Mingi one last time before parting ways
"Seungmin? Did you find out where they are?"
Jungkook asked worriedly but Seungmin was silent. He was too silent before he burst out crying, making the people there startled
"What happened?!"
Jongho exclaimed as Seungmin fell on his knees and continued crying. He never felt such an immense pain before
"T-They... T-They cut off my connection forcefully which they never do..."
Seungmin stated while crying as they were shocked since Mingi never ever cut off a connection from Seungmin and Bang Chan never missed one but today was a different story
"They must be really upset to react like that. We have to apologize to them soon."
Yeosang stated as he was the one who had noticed that Mingi was missing while Changbin and Yunho were sleeping peacefully on their bunk beds
"Not soon. We have to apologize now. Someone go wake up Wonwoo hyung and tell him to gather everyone including Alpha Chan and Mingi."
Jungkook stated as Jongho tried comforting Seungmin and mumbled a spell under his breath which teleported Yeosang straight to Wonwoo's dorm
"H-Hyung. Can you wake up please?"
Yeosang whispered as Wonwoo yawned a bit before stretching and waking up
"Yes?"
Wonwoo asked as he reached out for his glasses to see who it was and found that it was Yeosang
"Can you gather everyone to the arena? We have something important to do."
Yeosang stated while gulping as Wonwoo already sensed that the outcome will be bad
"Alright."
Wonwoo stated as he closed his eyes and tried to sense familiar brain waves from the academy
"This is Jeon Wonwoo of Strikers. Please report to the arena immediately. It's important."- Wonwoo
"What is this about Wonwoo hy- oh? What's up Yeosang?"
Minghao asked with a smile as Jihoon, Soonyoung and Junhui were stirring from their sleeps
"Uhh... Jungkook hyung told to get everyone in the arena to apologize to Alpha Chan and Mingi."
Yeosang stated awkwardly as Soonyoung suddenly jolted awake, startling Jihoon, who woke up because of Soonyoung
"What happened Soon?"
Jihoon asked but Soonyoung just shook his head while Wonwoo eyed him suspiciously
"It's nothing Hoon. We have to get to the arena right? Let's get going."
Soonyoung stated as Junhui started whining which made Minghao sigh in relief since Junhui was no longer in little space
"Alright Moon you have to wake up."
Minghao stated as Junhui woke up with a nod and dragged Minghao behind him
"Let's get going."
Wonwoo stated as Yeosang nodded before the two headed to the arena after Junhui and Minghao. Everyone excluding Mingi and Bang Chan arrived at the arena
"Who made you cry?"
Changbin asked as Jongho explained on behalf of Seungmin, who continued crying in Minho's arms as everyone felt guilty for blaming the two without listening to their reasoning
"Why are we called here?"
Mingi asked hoarsely as everyone saw how bloodshot his eyes were and how tired he and Bang Chan both looked
"Look, we are really sorry and we would like to apologize to you."
Jungkook stated as everyone bowed including himself which startled Bang Chan and Mingi
"Yah! Don't bow!"
Mingi exclaimed as he started panicking which made everyone laugh a bit
"I-I would like to apologize as w-well. C-Can we g-get-"
"No. I am setting you free Woo. Hope we can at least continue being friends."
Mingi stated with a smile, a genuine one which made Yunho shocked as he had never seen Mingi's real smile after losing him
"W-Wha..."
Wooyoung was so shocked that he stumbled backwards but luckily Vernon caught him on time
"Where is the Mingi I know?!"
Wooyoung exclaimed as Mingi was too surprised to even laugh at what Wooyoung said while the others burst out laughing
"Don't push your luck, stupid."
San stated after regaining his composure as Mingi smiled and shook his head to control himself
"I love you idiot, that's why I am letting you go. Letting you leave from the toxicity I have kept you under. So fly high and don't turn back. Leave me."
Mingi stated as it broke two hearts. One was his own and another one was Wooyoung's. Even if Wooyoung wanted to leave Mingi and the toxic relationship, he didn't because he loved Mingi but fate of course has different plans
