Jihoon knew that he had to make it official tonight otherwise he will miss the chance due to the preparations. He started fiddling with the hem of his jacket which didn't go unnoticed by the swordman near him

"Hoons? You good bro?"

Junhui asked as Jihoon sighed deeply. He really needed to calm down but he didn't know how to

"Let's go meet my parents. They should be around here somewhere."

Junhui suggested as Jihoon's eyes lit up. He really loved Junhui's family and being with them. Junhui knew the answer already and started dragging Jihoon with him while looking around and spotted his family with another family and Vernon along with the rest of their teammates were there

"Yah how could you guys forget us?!"

Junhui exclaimed while pouting as they all turned around and laughed while Jihoon felt even more nervous. Seokmin was quick to notice and approached Jihoon while the rest got distracted with a sulking Junhui

"Are you okay hyung? What's wrong?"

Seokmin whispered to Jihoon, who couldn't help but look down

"I am going to make me and Soonie official tonight and I am nervous about it."

Jihoon whispered back as Seokmin gasped in shock silently. He knew that he was bad at keeping secrets especially from Soonyoung and Seungkwan

"Hyung can you do me a favour and make sure I don't stay near Hoshi hyung or Kwan? I might accidentally spill it."

Seokmin whispered as Jihoon was regretting things already

"Then go back to the academy and help me prepare for the special announcement for tonight."

Jihoon stated as Seokmin nodded and left. Soon he joined them as Joshua seemed to be looking for Seokmin

"Don't worry I sent him off to do some work. You won't see him until dinner though."

Jihoon stated as Junhui had already told Wonwoo about what Jihoon was going to do that night and they both knew that Jihoon had sent Seokmin off to prepare some things for it

"Ahh- I see."

Joshua stated with a sigh as he missed his soulmate already but there was nothing he could do. Vernon and Junhui introduced their teammates to their families. Seokmin was already introduced since he had tagged along with Vernon to meet his family and met Junhui's family at the same time. On the other hand, the 8 members of Stray Kids watched Bang Chan introducing them to his parents, who had recently moved to Australia with his other siblings

"So how are your parents?"

Mrs. Bahng asked as they all froze. Bang Chan felt very awkward and didn't know how to respond to his mother

"Our parents are dead."

Jisung stated as Gyuri held his hand gently

"Same here."

Minho stated while pulling Felix in a side hug

"Mine died too."

Changbin stated as Seungmin, Jeongin and Hyunjin looked down

"We are not in good terms with our parents."

Seungmin stated while pointing at himself, Hyunjin and Jeongin as Mrs. Bahng gasped in shock

"I am really sorry babies. I can adopt all of you if you want."

Mrs. Bahng stated with an apologetic smile as the other 8 looked at each other. Soon their eyes filled with tears as they all hugged Mrs. Bahng tightly, startling her but she hugged them back, understanding how difficult it is when parents are not there to be a pillar of support
