Danbi led the 13 boys out of the room they were in. Danbi had a gut feeling that Deji was with Namjoon and his team so she decided to find them first. The room they were in was room number 017 so it wasn't so difficult for them to find Namjoon and his teammates 10 rooms down to them. Then they decided to look Bang Chan's teammates and Hongjoong's teammates and eventually found them in room number 008 and 016. She then led all of them to the rooftop, which had still remained the same

"Okay Dannie what on the earth is going on?"

Hana asked once they reached the rooftop. Danbi sighed as she looked at Chan. Chan knew what Danbi wanted so he created a ball of fire which lightened up the area enough for everyone to see Danbi

"Okay this is really long. I don't know where to start."

Danbi stated as she looked away. Deji decided to help her

"Why don't you start from your past?"

Deji suggested as Danbi laughed bittersweetly

"My past? Do you all want to know it?"

Danbi asked while laughing bittersweetly as Joshua's shoulder dropped. He knew that Danbi had suffered a lot before she had become his step sister but he didn't know how or what happened

Danbi was a sweet child. She loved everyone and would do anything to protect her family and friends. Everything was going fine until she turned 7. Her little brother was almost 5 years old while her older brother was 9 when her parents decided to break apart. Her dad had taken her away while her mom had taken her older brother, leaving their younger brother behind and alone under no one's care

"Appa! Let me go! Hwa needs us!"

Little Danbi shouted but her father didn't listen

"Eomma! Why are you and appa doing this?! Let's at least take Seonghwa!"

Her older brother shouted but his mother didn't listen either

"The reason why we are even parting is because of him! Because of him you both will have a miserable life!"

Their father exclaimed as Seonghwa looked at both his sides confused before he processed their words and started crying. Danbi and her older brother felt so sad seeing their youngest sibling cry

"Chanyeol! We are leaving!"

Their mother exclaimed as she dragged Chanyeol away. Chanyeol's eyes watered as he saw Danbi tear up too

"Oppa! Don't forget me!"

Danbi exclaimed as Chanyeol nodded while being dragged out of the room

"I won't! And you also don't forget me!"

Chanyeol exclaimed as Danbi nodded again and again. Seonghwa didn't stop crying which irritated the father so he mumbled a spell and touched Seonghwa's forehead which made him pass out

"Appa! What did you do?!"

Danbi exclaimed as she tried to get to Seonghwa but was stopped by their father

"Your mom and I have decided to take each other's surnames so from now on you aren't Park Danbi but Hyun Danbi. Your mom and brother will remain as Parks and so will he. But no one will know that he is our cursed offspring."

Their father stated as he grabbed Danbi before leaving. Danbi screamed and shouted for his younger brother to wake up but the spell's effect was going to last for few hours
