IT'S ABOUT 4pm and Gio and I are walking towards the pool to meet the girls. We went to go play a bit of pool after the boat trip. He was hounding me the entire game about when I'm going to tell harmony how I feel. In fact, he's still doing it.

"Bro, just tell her." He sighs as we walk.

"It's not that easy." I shake my head.

"Yes it is. You're just scared." He argues.

He's right. I'm fucking terrified. The outcome could be anything. And my brain is feeding me the worst outcome. Hurting her. I just can't shake that fear no matter how much I want to tell her. I can see that this is silly. Holding onto my feelings for her. But this is such new territory and I'm just not ready yet.

"I don't want to talk about it anymore." I say grumpily. Roll my eyes. Gio rolls his own eyes. Annoyed with my stubbornness.

The negative mood soon lifts though when we near the girls. A smile immediately appearing on my face the moment Harmony and I lock eyes. She can make me happy in the worst of times. There's just something about her.

"Simmons."

"Bellingham." She flashes me a curt smile.

"Missed me?" I ask sitting down on the chair beside her.

"I saw you thirty minutes ago." She gives me a blank stare.

"Yes. But you can still miss me." Pointless question. Just wanna talk to her really. Even if we're talking about utter nonsense, hearing her voice is my favourite thing in the world.

"Sorry to break it to you, but no. Didn't miss you." She cracks a smile.

"Liar." I smirk.

She sniffs a laugh. I nudge her playfully. No actual need. I just like finding excuses to touch her. I take every opportunity I can to be near her.

"So what's the plan for tonight?" I ask looking at everyone else. Kind of forgot they were there. Happens when I'm around harmony. Everyone else kind of disappears.

"Dinner, drinks?" Chloe suggests looking around at all of us for approval.

Harmony and I nod simultaneously. Gio and Aaliyah then also nod in agreement and just like that our plan is settled.

"Let's start getting ready then." Harmony stands to her feet. The girls and Gio and I following suit.

"You want me to tell your mum?" Aaliyah offers.

"No it's okay. She said she's going to have an early dinner with Iris, her husband and the kids."
Harmony explains.

"Okay." Aaliyah nods.

"So time?" Gio asks

"Six?" I suggest and instantly all of the girls glare at me.
