Neil opened the door and Dadu Biji with Naeem Bi entered.
Dadu: Lo Neil.... muh meetha karo tum... (feeding him a sweet)
Neil was confused.
Mini after making Arya sleep comfortably, came out of Arya's room and saw them.
Mini: Kya hogaya?... Kis baat pe mithayi khilayi ja rahi hai...
Biji fed Mini the sweet too.
Biji: Teri sagaai ke liye date ke options bhej diye hai pandit ji ne...
Mineil were surprised at the quickness of Dadu Biji.
Mineil: Itni jaldi dates bhi aa gaye?
Dadu: Ha... humari ek lauti poti ki sagaai hai.... der thodi na karenge hum... ab tu bata de... kaunsi final karein...
They sat on the sofa and Biji showed the dates on her phone.
Mineil looked at each other. They didn't expect everything to happen so soon.
Mini took the phone from her hand and they looked at the dates.
Biji: Abhi do hafte to tu Australia me hai.... Main to soch rahi thi yeh 3 hafte baad waali final kar deti hu... tere Dadu bol rahe hai... ki 5 hafte baad waali sahi rahegi...
Neil was about to say something but Mini said.
Mini: yeh waali nahi chalegi?
Dadu: 4 mahine baad?
Mini nodded nervously.
Mini: Actually expect nahi kiya tha ki aap log itne excited ho jaoge... thoda time chahiye abhi... achanak se sab... thoda mind prepare to hone do... ekdum se thodi na...
Naeem Bi: Dekh Mini... Ek rishte me aage badhne ke liye kabhi puri tarah ready nahi feel nahi hota hai... par jab sab hone lagta hai na to apne aap sab asaan lagne lagta hai...
Neil: Par itna jaldi yeh sab?
Dadu Biji understood that both of them are conscious because of their past events and are not ready yet to proceed and what if they deny of doing engagement if they try to hurry up things.
Dadu: To teri choose ki hui date final kardu?
Mineil was again surprised. This time because they didn't expect Dadu Biji to agree so soon but thankfully they did.
Both nodded still nervously.
The elder trio blessed them and left.
Neil was trying to calm himself and his racing heart and mind when saw Mini got up from the sofa and ran upstairs to the balcony.
He was confused and he walked upstairs. Mini was looking at the sky smiling brightly but emotionally.
Her heart beats fluctuated with her breaths and she rubbed her arms trying to calm herself.
Neil wasn't able to understand her reaction.
He came towards her from behind and looked at her.
She looked at him and he saw tears in her eyes and the brightest smile on her face.
Mini tried to speak but couldn't in that moment so just hugged him tightly and tears of joy flowed from her eyes.
Neil caressed her hair.
Mini: Mujh... Mujhse na... ek limit se zyada khushi bardaast nahi hoti ekdum se... to...
Neil: Emotional ho jaati ho?...
Mini: (nodded) Hmm..
Neil: Calm down... (smiled wholeheartedly)
She calmed down eventually.
