125. Restaurant hiring

The construction of kitchen space expansion was over and the contruction of the upper floor was going on. Mini constructed a door in the kitchen connecting to her cabin too for it to be accessible in a more easier way. 

The hiring procedure was also completed. There were new staff members in the restaurant which were introduced. 

Mini: So Inaaya, Kirtan, Sameer, Harman and Palak... Being hired as assistant chefs..... Let me introduce you to the staff here..... Yeh Geeta Aunty hai... kitchen me assist karti hai yeh.... Yeh Khursheed Miya... Masale wagera dekhte hai... aur Yeh Simpy di hai.... 3 saal se Assistant chef here...(Seeing Simpy a bit conscious, she knew that having people as the same post as hers she was feeling insecure)...... bhale hi aapki post same ho but I would like if you treat her like your senior.... (Simpy looked at Mini and smiled. Mini blinked her eyes at her in assurance)..... And Mr. Neil Oberoi, our head chef ko to aap jaante hai.... jinhone aapka interview liya tha..... You all can join with your work. 

They joined their work and Mini returned to her cabin.

As it was the first day of their work, Neil was monitoring their work and their behaviour while cooking. 

On their mistakes, Neil pointed them out and told them to rectify it. They felt his behaviour slightly rude and was amazed as others didn't seemed bothered by his that kind of behaviour as they had got used to it. 

Neil was cooking a dish at the other side while Simpy noticed that Sameer did a mistake in cooking the dish and it got spoilt. But he was about to serve it.

Simpy denied to let him serve it and dumped it in the dustbin, telling him calmly to remake it and that irked him. 

Sameer: How can you insult me like that?

Simpy: (Serving the dish she was cooking) Excuse me?

Sameer: Ek galti ho gayi to aapne puri dish hi fek di?

Simpy: (giving it to the waiter for guests) Kharaab ho gayi thi vo... galti ho gayi to galti sahi karo na.... vahi dish tum guests ko thodi na serve kar sakte ho...

Neil listened and came to them.

Neil: What happened?

Sameer: Ek choti si galti kya ho gayi dish me inhone to puri dish hi fek di.

Neil: Then what do you expect?.... Vo dish guest ko serve karte?.... I had made it very clear in the interview itself.... I want to serve the best to every guest coming her.... Each and everything needs to be perfect... nothing less than that... 

Sameer: Yeh sab philosophical baatein hai... choti moti galti to ho hi jaati hai... It was just a mistake.

Neil: Ha to main kaha mana kar raha hu... It was a mistake I know....  Just remake it without mistake this time.

Sameer: Why the hell do you think you can behave like that.

Neil: Mind your language!... Mujhe iss restaurant me extremely professional behaviour hi chahiye... Even the slightest of unprofessionalism is not accepted in Patiala Babes.

Mini came, after listening to the heated up argument.

Sameer: Bol to aise rahe ho jaise tumhare baap ka restaurant ho.... 

Neil: (clenching his teeth) Enough!.... 

Mini: (knowing a better way to handle than Neil would be) Neil... Let me talk to him.

Neil: (turning his head while closing his eyes to calm himself) Hmm...

Sameer turned to Mini expecting her to take side of Neil.
