5. Will Ritwick Help?

(Outside Ritwick's house)

Neil was hesitant....Mini sensed it....She held his hand and tightened the hold.....Neil looked at Mini and got the courage.....He nodded with a little smile.

Mini stopped at the entrance of the bungalow.....Neil went to the door and rang the bell....

Door opened...

Househelp: Ji?

Neil: Ritwick se milna tha...

Househelp: Ji vo to abhi nahi hai ghar pe.....

Neil: Ok...Me baad me aa jaunga...

Neil then left to the entrance again....

Meanwhile...

Mini at the entrance was waiting for Neil, suddenly someone kept a hand at her shoulder from the back. She turned back, jerking his hand from her shoulder lightly and saw a man standing.

Man: You are? (Looking at her devilishly )

Mini: (confidently) I am here with my friend who went to meet the owner of this house. Any Problem?

While Mini was answering him....She felt uncomfortable seeing the way he saw her....

Just then Neil came from the house and saw Ritwick looking at mini with lustful eyes and she wasn't looking comfortable.

Neil (came in front of Mini) : Hi Ritwick....I came to meet you but you were not in the house.

Ritwick: (Shocked to see Neil there) Oh...So she is with you....Vaise why did you want to meet me?

Neil : See you know Isha aur Mera divorce case 5 saal se chal raha hai....So all I want is...... will you help us being a witness against Isha?....Our side will be heard after 2 days....So if you can come?

Ritwick: (Tilting a bit to try to see Mini behind him) : And what will I get if I help you?

Neil: (Covering Mini protectively by slightly moving) What do you want now?

Ritwick: (came forward and whispered) Bas ek raat is ke saath.......chalo abhi ke liye to naam hi bata do.....

Neil punched him right on his face and he fell down.

Neil: How dare you say that?

Mini was shocked.

Neil : (held Mini's hand from behind) Let's leave....

Mini did not hear what he asked for.....and was confused....but still left with Neil.

In the car.....Neil was trying to calm down himself and Mini was confused at his behaviour but she understood that he needed silence.....So she just kept her hand on his hand and signalled that everything will be fine.

After some time,

Mini: Kya hua Neil?....Aisa kya mang raha tha vo jo tum itna gussa ho gaye.....

Neil was looking outside and not looked at her.

Mini :(made him look at her) Tum sunoge meri baat?

Neil: (trying to be calm) I told you that I always listen to you...

Mini: To baat kyu nahi kar rahe...

Neil: Because I can't...right now....I can't.

Mini: Okay.....No big deal....Let's talk later...Bas....calm down....take deep breath....

Neil took deep breath looking at her....She helped him calm himself.

After some time, They reached the haveli.

Neil directly went to his room and closed it from inside.

Mini also went but thinking: Aisa kya ho gaya ise....

Some time later,

Mini thought that maybe he is not comfortable saying something...so she should also not insist much....But there was not much time left for the case....
