Match made in heaven or hell

We get home and I go on my laptop to do some coursework for my coaching course, I was ahead of what I needed to be but I wanted to make sure I finished the course. A request from my mum came through, I answer it "hey hun. You doing well?" She asks me.

"Yeah how are you" I ask
"Great, I've actually got someone who wants to say hi" she says
"Antonio, hi how are you?"
"Good what about you?"
"Great, I haven't seen you in so long what have you been getting up to" I ask
"Trabalhando na marinha mudou-se para a argentina. E você?" (Working for the navy, moved to Argentina, what about you?)
Antonio is one of my closest best friends from Brazil, I grew up there for 2 years but then came back to England, me and him we are like brothers.
"Eu tenho uma namorada assinei pelo arsenal. Sim, muita coisa aconteceu e sim, coronavirus" (I got a girlfriend, signed for arsenal. Yeah a lot has happened and yeah coronavirus)
"A girlfriend ey, got to meet her sometime. Also, liking the Portuguese your getting good at it"
"Thanks Antonio, you can meet her if you want"
"What, really?" He says
"Le" I say, she comes over and says "hey nice to meet you I'm Leah"
"Antonio, her best friend"
"I have a name" I say laughing
"Okay well, I'm gonna have to go. My boats leaving in an hour and I have to be on it"
"Well bye, Antonio speak to you soon" I say
"Bye" Leah says
He goes and my mam shows up again.

"I better go as well, see you two later"
"Bye mum"
The call ends and Leah says "you okay, you look scared"
"I'm fine, it's just-" I look down to my hands.
"What is it" she asks and hugs me.
"Like all my family are in Brazil near enough, I barely spend any time with them and what if my mam goes before I ever get to see her again" I say
"She won't, you call her nearly every day. She'll be fine, I get it. It's scary. My brother lives in Australia, I always want to see him, but we will go see your family one day, you can tell me who everyone is, I can meet them all. I will have no clue what they're saying obviously but you can be my translater" she says
I laugh slightly and say "thanks"

Leah's phone rings "it's teyah, she never calls me"
She puts it on speaker.
"Hey Leah I need to ask you something" teyah says
"Okay what's up?"
"How do you tell someone you like them, I have a tiny crush on this person and I can't resist not telling them"
"Why you asking me?" Leah says
"Because you probably have a girlfriend" teyah replies
"Well me and her we were just fooling around in the kitchen, she went into kiss me and then pulled away. So I ended up chasing her and kissing her, then things just went from there I guess" Leah says
"Yeah, that is far too cringey for this generation" teyah says
"Hey I'm not old" Leah says
"Okay"
"Hey teyah, who is the girl you like" I ask
"No, because you'll tell her" teyah says
"Seriously?" I reply
"It's Gio" teyah says
"Aah, she'll be cool about it. Put her on the phone I'll tell her for you" I say
"I'm not a ten year old, I can speak myself" teyah replies
"Just put her on the phone"
I hear Gio voice "yo, what can I do for you guys?"
"Meet me at the local park with your dogs, we can go on a dog walk. Teyah needs her strength right, so she can come as well to help her working. Leah is coming too"
"Alright, what time?"
"4pm"

The call ends and Leah says "whatcha your going to do"
"Double date?" I say
She kisses me.

"What time is it?" She asks
"3:15" I reply
"We have time to make out then"
She grabs my hand and takes me upstairs to my room. We lie on the bed and start making out. During kisses Leah says "I really do love you"
"I love you too" I say back

It turns to 3:45. I get up and I give her a final kiss.

We get to the park and I get Bailey out the car, we meet Teyah and Gio.
"Gio, you haven't told me your weekly news. In a relationship" I ask since we are slightly infront of Leah and Teyah.
"I like someone" she replies.
"Who" I say
"I can't say she's too close"
"Teyah" I whisper
"Yeah"
I stop and immediately hug her. Leah says "hey watch where your going, stop flirting I'm your girlfriend" I laugh at her.
