Michael was seated in the long bed in the back of the truck. He had many different doctors watching over him and paying attention to his every move.

He struggled to stay alive on the way to the hospital. He was losing all his blood and they were still about five minutes away.

Bella was exhausted and blood was pouring out of her wrists like a waterfall. Blood dripped down her arms as she lay barely breathing on the stranded road.

She got many different looks by the few people that decided to drive down the abandoned road, but no one actually stopped to help.

Helpless. Tired. Depressed. Bella waisted the last few minutes of her life thinking. She let the minutes fly by and before she knew it, she was leaving the ugly place that she knew she wasn't meant to be at.

Her eyes went dark and her body gave up. The young cut up girl on the side of the road drifted away.

Bella's wide eyes shot open and she examined the small white room that she woke up in. This place wasn't familiar. The room was a small box that only had an uncomfortable bed pushed up against the blank wall.

The room was frightening. Bella's mind raced as she thought of a million questions. "Wait I'm dead", she paused. "Is this a dream or did someone save me?" She questioned herself. In disbelief she carefully examined the room and then continued. "Nope this has to be a dream."

Calum was a whole other story. Bella had no clue where he was. Did he get away before time ran out? Bella thought.

Michael struggled to stay awake. Every time he tried to sleep one of the doctors would scream in his ear.

Michael finally reached the hospital. He was lucky to still be alive. If he doesn't get to a hospital room quickly his leg might need to be cut off or even worse he could die.

Michael is rushed to the closest empty room. People fly in and out of the room and they get right to work.

"Looks like we are going to be able to save you. Whether you'll have a leg or not isn't able to be determined yet." The kind doctor whispered into Michael's ear as he slowly rubbed Michael's shoulders.

Michael sighed in relief and he felt a huge weight being lifted off his chest. Now his problem was Bella's safety. He was fully aware the Calum was drunk but he couldn't do any more to save Bella.

Michael shook his head in disbelief before he fell asleep.

Bella threw the covers onto the floor and jumped out of her hard bed. Bella searched for a door but had no luck. "What the hell. How do you have a room but no door?" Bella yelled as she pounded her fists against the wall. She screamed for help but no one ever came. "This can't be real. This can't be real." Bella sighed knowing that everything was over.

Bella expression changed quickly when she looked down and realized clear cuts up and down her arms and thighs. This wouldn't be in a dream. She wouldn't still have her cuts. So if she's not in a dream then where is she.

Michael woke up a few hours later. His leg felt a million times better and luckily he was able to tell that his leg wasn't removed.

"Am I all good to go home?" Michael asked. He wanted to find out where Bella was as soon as possible.

"You are going to have to stay the night but you will be released in the morning. We just need to write down a few more things about your leg before you can leave." The doctor smiled and then walked out of the room.

"I need to find her. I hope she's okay." Michael sighed. He knew that he needed to find her before it was to late. Michael closed his eyes and began to dream about Bella.

Her innocent eyes stared into his. Just the thought of her made him smirk. He remembered when there parents were together. He couldn't help but laugh when he thought of how she would break anything she touched and how she made it so obvious that she had a crush on her stepbrother.

His smile fades instantly when he is reminded of how he has been acting recently. Hurting her that one day that he found Calum and her hanging out. Beating her every single day after school. Attempting to rape her but Calum would always come in. He thought about how he was such a jerk to her. He couldn't stop thinking about how much he regretted what he did to her.

Then the question that he asked Bella when he found her was answered. "She tried to kill herself because of me." Michael whispered to himself pointing out the obvious. "I am the reason." Tears escaped his eyes and flew down his face. The salty tears stained his face more and more every time he thought about his mistakes.

Bella threw herself around the room. She stomped on the floor like a child that didn't get what they wanted.

Suddenly her eyes guided her to the ceiling and she instantly figured out everything. A white door blended into the wall just enough that you wouldn't see it without staring carefully. She quickly put together a stupid plan and then she leaped onto the bed.

From the bed she bounced as high as she could until she was close enough to the ceiling. She took the final jump and then she reached for the shiny white handle. She tore open the door and was greeted by a colorful room for a few seconds.

Before she knew it the door came crashing down with her attached to it. She probably should've thought out the plan a little bit more. It was to late now. She lay on the white carpeted floor with the huge door on top of her.

Then a creepy woman appeared from the ceiling. She bent down and peaked her head into the doorway. "Oh look at that! I think our little friend has finally woken up." She turned her head slightly and laughed. The person she was talking to began to walk over.
