"It's about time!" The scary looking woman chuckled.

Bella threw herself backwards. "Who are you? Why am I here?" She cried.

"Oh sorry. I'm Dr. Lovelis and this is my assistant Dr. Miller. We are just trying to fix you up. We found you on the side of the road. You were in the middle of nowhere. Then right away our eyes caught the cuts running up and down your arms and legs." Dr. Lovelis frowned and then she turned around and grabbed something from Dr. Miller.

"Where am I?" Bella questioned as she struggled to get back on her feet. She pushed herself up and locked eyes with the thin woman swinging above her.

"You're in the hospital." The woman smiled and let a soft giggle escape her bright red lips.

"Good. I've been trying to get to the hospital all day." Bella sighed in relief.

"You better get on up here and take some more medicine!" The cheerful lady swung around the tiny dark blue bottle. She turned around and handed the bottle over to Dr. Miller.

Bella quickly nodded her head and waited for someone to bring her upstairs. She absolutely hated feeling locked up. Bella was so claustrophobic in the minuscule basement cell.

Dr. Lovelis had bright purple contacts in her eyes and the dark black eyeliner brought attention to them. She had short black hair with dreadlocks. She wore insane outfits that made her stand out. She also had crazy nails that were every single color of the rainbow. Her pale skin made her look like a vampire and her huge earrings made it easy for people to judge her. Every second of the day she wore a smile on her face.

Dr. Miller was completely opposite. She had bright greenish eyes and wavy dirty blonde hair that was always up in a messy bun. She worked in comfortable clothes like sweatpants and a t-shirt. No expressions ever crossed her face.

Dr. Lovelis quickly pulled down a tiny wooden lever. Suddenly a ladder fell from the ceiling. The doctors told Bella to climb up.

Once Bella made it up the ladder Dr. Miller handed her the small bottle. She grabbed it from her hands and poured the liquid into a glass. Bella slowly brought the fragile glass up to her lips and took a sip. She pulled the cup away from her lips for a few short seconds and then she returned it to finish the rest.

Bella smiled as she handed the glass back to Dr. Miller. "Thank you."

Then the doctors guided her into another small room. "Dr. Moreta will be right with you." Dr. Lovelis spoke as she pointed to the black chair that stood in a corner of the room. Bella nodded as the doctors exited.

Bella's eyes scanned the room as she searched for anything suspicious. When she found nothing her feet brought her to the comfy chair and she plopped down onto it.

The wooden door slowly opened. A young man stepped into the room. Bella was guessing the strange man was Dr. Moreta.

He wore a tight white shirt and simple blue jeans. He had messy brown hair and dark brown eyes. The man smiled right away, his caring eyes widened and his fluffy eyebrows bounced up.

"Hello! I'm Dr. Moreta. It's very nice to meet you." He spoke once he made his way over to the chair Bella was sitting on. He reached out his hand as he greeted her.

"Hi. I'm Bella." She whispered. Dr. Moreta smirked. He quickly cleaned the small room and got out a few tools.

"I'm going to have to do some blood work." Dr. Moreta said in a kind voice as he pulled a needle out of a cabinet. "This won't hurt much and it will be over in a second." He whispered.

The needle slowly made its way to Bella's shaking arm. It stabbed into her and stayed in her arm for a few seconds and then was pulled out. "Okay we are all done. That wasn't that bad." He smirked.

"Yeah it was fine." She tried to smile as she viciously rubbed her hand against the bright red spot on her arm.

"Now I just have a few questions. Are you ready?" He asked.

"Yeah I'm ready." She spoke as she lifted her head up and stared into his eyes.

"Did you try to commit suicide?" The doctor asked.

"Yes." Bella took a deep breath.

"Why was that?" He continued.

"It's a very long story. It doesn't really matter right now." Bella rubbed her sweaty hands against her clothing.

"Okay that's fine." He responded. "Last one. Why were you on the road?" He questioned.

"Well I was driving with my boyfriend but he was drunk and I didn't feel comfortable with him. I'll explain the rest of it later." Bella sighed.

"Okay then I'll see you later." He shook her hand and then left Bella in the lonely room.

Michael is still in the hospital. He's is so worried about Bella. He's getting out of the hospital soon but he has no clue where she is.

An old man entered the room Michael was in. "It looks like you are going to be able to sign out today!" The doctor grinned.

"That's great! I really need to get out and check on a few things." Michael half smiled. "So my leg is okay?" He questioned.

"Yeah. We are going to give you some medicine to help your injury heal. As soon as you get the medicine you are free to leave." The doctor spoke.

"How long will it take for me to get the medicine." Michael asked.

"It should be ready for you within a half hour." The doctor answered as he left the room.

Michael couldn't help but smile. He was going to be out soon. He knew that Bella needed his help.

Calum. Who knows where he is. He's drunk. Lost. Alone. Maybe even dead.

Calum swung open his car door and fell out of his seat and onto the concrete. "Hello." He paused and waited for someone to come. "Anyone?" Calum tiredly yelled out. No one came.

Turns out Calum has been driving for hours. He had to stop once his car ran out of gas.

The cold wind brushed against Calum's frozen face. The sun slowly faded away and as it became night the temperature went down.

By now the alcohol was out of his system. He couldn't remember a thing about the murder and he was exhausted. Maybe he will remember a little bit of what happened in the morning.

Until his memory gets better he won't know that he put the love of his life in danger.
