BESIDE THE DYING FIRE

Demon, Rick and Beth are walking past the fences not seeing the herd behind them.

HOUSE

They hear the front door opening as Daryl and Glenn walk into the house. " They ain't back?" Daryl questions " No" Lori says " We heard a shot" Daryl says making the others nod. " Uh, Daryl. Demon was out there and when she came back she was bleeding from her right eye" Hershel tells him " Where is she?" Daryl asks " She went after you guys. I guessing Randall got her" Andrea says. " No we found him" Glenn says " Is he back in the shed?" Patricia asks " He's a walker" Daryl says " Did you find the one who bite him?" Hershel questions " The weird thing is her wasn't bit" Glenn tells them making them look at each other " Someone broke his neck. I think Demon was right about Shane." Daryl tells them " Shane and Randall's tracks were right on top of each other. There was another pair of footprints. And Shane ain't no tracker so he didn't come up behind him" Daryl says " Do you know who's footprints they were?" Lori asks " I think they might have been Demon's. I think she was following them." Daryl tells them before Maggie runs down th stairs in a panic " Have you guy seen Beth I can't find her" Maggie asks " No" They tell her " She must have went after Demon when she left." Hershel says

OUTSIDE

" You two bit?" Beth asks " No we're not" Rick tells her. " Was Shane?" Beth asks again " That wasn't Shane. Not anymore" Demon says " How did he die?" Beth questions " I killed hi" Rick says making Beth nod " Okay" She says " Just okay? Your not scared of me?" Rick asks making Beth shake her head. "No. I take it Shane was the one to take your eye?" Beth tells him then asks her girlfriend " Yeah he was." Demon says but before she can explain they hear the herd. " Oh fuck!" They all whisper " Go. Go. Go" Rick says pushing them forward. They run until they approach the barn running inside closing the door by shoving a pole through the handles. " Get up the ladder. Both of you. And Rick when I say go you drop this lighter" Demon says making them both hesitantly go up the ladder as Demon slaps the doors of the barn shouting at the walkers before opening them drawing them to her " DEMON COME ON!!" Rick and Beth shout to her making her climb up the ladder quickly " Now Rick" Demon demands making him drop the lighter. They get to the window at the top seeing Jimmy in the RV making Rick signal for him the park the RV next to the barn so they can hop on. Walkers break inside the RV and grab Jimmy biting into him " NO!!" He screams and Beth, Demon and Rick hear him whilst climbing down the ladder. " No, jimmy" Beth cries out and stops making Demon grab her and they start running and dodging the walkers. " Beth you come with me I need to get my bike. Rick go find the others well meet you on the highway." Demon tells them making Rick nod but Beth disagrees " No. I have to get my dad, Patricia and Maggie" Beth says making Rick turn to her " I saw Patricia go down when she was running to get to Maggie and I saw Maggie get in a car with Glenn. Go with Demon and I'll get your dad" Rick says making Beth sob a little at the news that Patricia is dead but nods and Demon and Beth run to get Demon's bike

NEXT NIGHT - IN THE MIDDLE OF NOWHERE

" I found Randall, you know? He had turned but her wasn't bit" Daryl says making Rick, Demon and Beth look at him in shock. " Demon, Beth, Rick what happened?" Lori questions " I had went for a walk around the farm and I saw Shane walk out of the barn with Randall and he took him into the woods so I followed them. I listened to what they where talking about. Shane was saying how he wanted to join Randall's group because he was sick and tired of this group and him no being the leader. I can't remember the rest of the conversation when I saw Shane snap Randall's neck and he heard me s he called out to me and I came forward and we started talking. I told him I knew he was a killer because he killed Otis and how he wanted to kill Rick ever since he came back because he wanted Lori all to himself and we talked more until he attacked me after I turned around to come back to camp and tell you all what had happened and we started fighting until he brought out his knife I told him who he was gonna fight an unarmed person but he still attacked me and when I never moved out of the way of the swing he cut my eye, I fell to the ground in pain and he straddled me and cut my eye out then he knocked me out when I woke up it was night so I came back to the house found you guys the left. I found Rick and Shane with Shane on the ground dead, turn out he wanted to kill Rick as well so he did the same as me and attacked Rick who was unarmed but Rick stabbed him killing him. He turned when I was explaining Beth showed up and shot Shane who had turned. Turns out we will turn no matter how we die unless your killed in the head you won't turn then." Demon explains angrily. " One of us is immune to it" Rick speaks up after the silence as the other prosses what Demon had told them " Who's Immune?" Maggie asks " Demon. She's Immune" Rick tells them making Demon look at him in shock.
