Silence (Sequel to Collide - Nash Grier)

Chapter 6

We made it back to the hotel. "Hey guys let's all play a game down in the dining hall, meet down there in 10?" Gilinsky asked everyone. We all agreed.

I went into my room with the twins and Sam. I grabbed some PJ's out of my suitcase. "Are you sure you're okay."

I nodded walking into the bathroom. I changed out of my clothes and put on a sports bra, one of our team shirts, black cotton PJ pants, black nike ankle socks, then walked out and put on my black moccasins.

Ethan and Grayson got changed when I was in the bathroom, Sam was in his room changing. "Rae I'm sorry about what we were saying earlier about your outfit, we were just concerned about Nash," Grayson said.

"It's okay, I should have listened to you guys."

"On the bright side you did look cute," Ethan said smiling, trying to lighten the mood.

I giggled, "Thanks guys, lets go downstairs."

We walked to the elevator and quickly made it down into the dining hall. It was empty. "Hey Rae Rae!" Johnson said walking in behind us.

"What's up Jack J?!" I said back at him, "Where are the others?"

"Helping with bags," He said.

"Bags?"

"Yeah, Hayes, Taylor, Matt, and Macy just got here."

"MACY'S HERE!?" I screamed sprinting out of the room and running into someone. Of course, it was Nash, again.

"Sorry," I said again getting off him.

"I kept my promise and still caught you," He said getting up.

"Where is she!?" I asked like a crazy person.

"Coming down with the others," he said laughing at me. The elevator dinged and I was running again. I stopped in front of the elevator waiting for it to open. It finally did, and my best friend came walking out. I tackled her to the ground.

"Rae," she said laughing, "can't breathe."

"I missed you best friend," I said getting off of her and giving her a proper hug.

"I missed you too Rae Rae!" she said.

"Missed you too Rae!" Baby Hayes said behind her crossing his arms.

"Hayes!" I said running into his arms for a hug.

"That's cool, I didn't even miss you," Matt said next to him.

"Hey Matt!" I said giving him a hug. Hugs all around.

Taylor screamed to get my attention, I hugged him too, "Hey Tay!"

"Anyone else coming?" I asked Cam.

"Not for right now," he said smiling then looked at Nash. Nash looked down so he wouldn't make eye contact with me.

Are they starting to bring the original Magcon back together? There's no way. They'd have to get Shawn out of his tour, Aaron away from his family, and Carter from his. Wait, I've already heard that Carter agreed to do it. It would be pretty easy to get Aaron, but I don't know about Shawn. Jeez, they've already got seven out of the nine, plus Hayes. There's no way that they'd use me to bring their crew back together. Would they?

We decided to play BS. You know, the game when you have to go in order of the cards and when it's your turn if you don't have that card you have to lie, and people will call bullshit on you if they think you lied then you take the deck if they were right, but if they were wrong they have to take the deck. It's a fun game.

I was next to Hayes and Macy, but Nash was right across from me. "Two tens," Hayes said putting in his two cards.

I was up, shit I don't have any jacks, well technically I have two sitting at the table, but they don't count. I put in a five saying, "One jack."

Nash was eyeing me. I just smiled at him. He opened his mouth, everyone was watching him. "No, I'm not going to call it."

Macy put her cards in, I'm saved. "You should've called it Grier," I said laughing at him.

"I'll get you next time Dallas," he said smiling then winked at me. My phone buzzed.

Brett 😍: Hey babe where are you guys? You're not in the room, unless I'm in the wrong room, then I better run. 😁

Rae 😘: In the dining hall playing cards with everyone, come down!

Brett 😍: I'll be there in a minute.

Nash was up, he was staring me down as he put in his cards. He was smiling. "BS!" Hayes shouted before I could.

"Take the cards baby Hayes," Nash said showing his two six's. Good thing I didn't call it.

I felt a tap on my right shoulder. I turned but no one was there so I turned back to everyone, and a kiss was planted onto my left cheek. "Hey babe, missed you all day."

"Missed you too," I said making room so he could pull up a chair next to me.

"Hey Macy!" He said realizing that she was here.

"Hey Brett!" She said smiling and waving at him.

"Three sevens," Cam said. I looked down at my cards, or card I should say. It was one queen. They kept going around. I wasn't risking being wrong calling someone on lying. I have one card left! I'm going to win this game!

Hayes was up, "One jack."

"Hey there are two of us!" Johnson said. Hey he stole my joke that I said in my head! That jerk! He read my mind! Everyone was looking at me.

"Oh! It's my turn!" I said putting my card in the pile, "One queen!"

"BS!" So many people shouted at once.

"I win suckers!" I shouted showing them my queen. They all threw their cards to the middle of the table. "What can I say? I am a queen." We all laughed

"Let's all hang out tomorrow!" Matt said. We nodded in agreement. We all made it upstairs and parted ways.

I turned around and ran to Nash, "Hey I never got to thank you for saving me earlier at the movies."

"Oh well I told you that I'll always catch you, figuratively and literally."

"Well if it wasn't for you, things would be totally different right now and I just really wanted to make sure you know that I'm grateful for that."

He nodded, "Well you're welcome."

I kissed his cheek, "Goodnight Nash."

He stood there in shock, then managed to get out, "Goodnight Rae."
