CHAPTER 3

Let me tell you my history with Hina and Harry.
So Hina, my ex best friend. We have been together since freshman year. Mia came when we were in Sophomore year. We all became best friends, a trio but Hina started to get controlling and I started getting pissed off. Mia and Hina were close but I was okay with that. I had this solid crush on Harry Hughes and he started to date Nancy. I wanted to make myself hate him but then he broke up with Nancy and he got to know that I like him. I only like a few guys.

He started to like me but we got into a relationship. He was so nice to me. Literally a walking green flag. His glasses omg!! He was beautiful. But I can't help myself about what I was feeling about him. He loved me but I never said anything the way he did everything to express his love. It made me a big red flag.
During this phase of my life, Hina starts to piss me off and I feel uncomfortable around her. She was getting weird. So I broke our friendship and Mia also started to notice something weird about her. So she also parted ways with her. And we became closer.
THE PERFECT BLONDIE!

After I broke my friendship with Hina, the energy inside me forced me to get out of this relationship. I horribly broke up with Harry. Without any explanation I broke up with both of them.

These two poor souls were in pain given by the same person, so they apparently worked together so they can find the reason I broke up with them. THEY LITERALLY BEGGED ME, BEGGED ME. YES THEY DID. I FELT BAD BUT I NEVER TOLD THEM. I TOLD THEM TO JUST MOVE ON AND I TOLD THEM THAT I WAS SORRY

I ALWAYS GET WHAT I WANTED BUT THIS WAS NOT WHAT I EXPECTED!

BUT AFTER ALL THE PAIN, THEY GOT TOGETHER. I'M OBVIOUSLY HAPPY FOR THEM 'CAUSE NOW I WAS IN PEACE AND THAT'S THE ONLY THING THAT MATTERS.

BUT THE PROBLEM WAS THEY STARTED TO PISS ME OFF, I IGNORED THEM. BUT THEY WERE GETTING ON MY NERVES. I JUST STARTED TO HATE THEM. I NEVER REALLY TALKED TO HARRY BUT HE WAS ALWAYS WITH HER WHEN SHE PISSED ME OFF.
I don't give a fuck about them. But if they did that shit again, they will face the consequences.

I'm happy for them until they mind their own business.

I WAS ENTERING STARBUCKS
THIS IS MY FAVORITE STARBUCKS, THE AESTHETIC OF THIS PLACE.

I head towards the counter
"Can I get a caramel latte and a brownie."
"Got it." Cashier said.

AFTER 10 MINUTES
"Here is your coffee." He said.
"Thank you!"

I sat on the table. I took a few pictures of my coffee. It was such a boring day for God sake. First Aiden then, H and H and then that bitch Georgia.

I drank my coffee and ate my brownies. It taste the same. I loved it.

I just remembered I have to play badminton with my friend Julia, who is also a badminton player.

Now I was heading towards the badminton court. Then I saw someone going inside Starbucks
It was none other than Aiden. He's everywhere literally everywhere.

He has this British accent I love, I wonder if he's British or just an American with a British accent.
He was with his friends, not Noah or Lucas.
I was looking at him and he saw me too.
"Oh god, he was coming towards me."
"Eve, what are you doing here." He said.
"Just wanted some coffee."
"You like coffee?" He said
"Of course. And it's Evelyn."
"Okay, Evelyn."

NOW I ACTUALLY HEADED TOWARDS BADMINTON COURT.

Julia was already there, she was practicing.
"Hey Evelyn." She said while approaching towards me.
"Hi, what's up Julia?"
"Do you wanna practice?" She said.
"Nah, I'm good. Let's play." I said while taking my badminton racket.

*SHE WON THE MATCH*
"Life couldn't suck less today, it was a horrible day." I said.
"Everything good?" She said, I can tell she was concerned.
"It's just the people of school, they all are just annoying."
"I can understand. You know that girl Melanie from my class" She said.
"Yes. I do."
"Yeah, now I can deal with that bitch."
She said.
"Good for you girl."
"I'll see you around then."
"Yeah see you." I smiled.

I'm going out of the badminton court.
MY PHONE STARTS RINGING

I ANSWERED THE CALL

"Hey, Eve." The person on the phone says
"Who is it?" "AIDEN IS THAT YOU"
"You got me." An recognizable voice.
"How did you get my number."
"I asked Lucas but he gave me your landline number." He said
"You called my mom."
"Oh god, what did you said."
"I told her, I'm from a college. She actually believed me."
"Thank God."
"What's wrong, if I told who I was."  He said
"She might take it the wrong way. What's point btw."
"I wanted to meet you, so we can discuss our assignment." He said.
"Agh, I hate doing it." I rolled my eyes
"Hate doing assignments?"
"No, I hate being your partner."
"Atleast you don't hate me." He said
"Yes I do."
"And why is that?"
"Like I'm gonna tell you."
"Then lemme find it out myself."
"You can try but meet me at Starbucks. Now!!"
"Sure."
THE CALL HUNG UP

THE ONLY THING I LIKE ABOUT HIM IS HIS BRITISH ACCENT. OH GOD I LOVE ENGLISH PEOPLE.

I'M SITTING IN STARBUCKS AND I'M DRINKING MY COFFEE AND HE'S STILL NOT HERE.

*OH THERE HE IS*

"Hey Eve."
"It's Evelyn and it's not that hard."
"I like Eve better." He said while taking my brownie.
"Eh, no. It doesn't matter what you like."
"Yeah, it does." I hate how he is so confident with my own name.
"Oh whatever."
"So Eve, I'll call you that no matter what." Now he's eating my brownie.
"You know, that was mine."
"Agh okay."
"So what are we going to write about."

I ORDERED ANOTHER COFFEE FOR BOTH OF US.
*IT'S BEING AN HOUR SINCE WE ARE HERE AND WE ARE FINISH DISCUSSING*

"So Eve, why do you hate us." He said.
"Us?" I was confused.
"So you were with Harry."
I WAS LOOKING AT HIM. SO THIS IS WHAT HE MEANT BY US.
"Excuse me and how do you know that."
"I just do." He said.
"No, tell me."
"Okay okay. Lucas told me."
"Oh god, what's wrong with him."
"And now he's with your ex best friend."
"So they both did that to you and that's why you are so mad at us."
"No it's not like that, it's just me I don't like guys. They got together after I dumped them both. It's their choice I don't care about that."
"So the two souls in pain came together." He said while smiling.
"Yeah, so awful of you to bring them up." "If I wasn't stuck with you in this. You wouldn't even know me." I said.
"Maybe but luckily I know you." He said.
"Btw, are you from England?"
"Yes, I'm from London." He said.
"Oh nice."
"I'm here with my family for a while not sure how long or maybe forever. My mom is American and my father is from London."
"Wow, that's amazing. I love that country"

*MY PHONE RINGS*
"It's Mia."
"Hey Mia."
"Where are you?" She said.
"I'm at Starbucks."
"With Aiden." I told her.
"You didn't tell me you were going on a date?" She said.
"It's not like that, we were here to discuss the assignment."
"Oh, then byeeee." She said
I HUNG UP THE CALL

"Everything alright?" He asked
"Yeah, I need to go."
"You wanna meet me again sometimes...... To discuss the assignment and London."
"Um, yes sure." I said while picking my bag.
"Then bye."
"Yeah bye." He stands up.

I went back home.
I ate something and went to my room. I plugged my headphones and took my books out of bag. It was 2-3 hour study session with music.
All I care about is win, win and win
I was studying this Greek history, I really hate. I love maths. It's like the most logical subject. I just always want to know why. Sometimes other subject can't satisfy my WHY but maths can.
I completed all my work and did everything I needed to do so I can win. It took me 2 and a half hours.
It was evening. I was super tired.
I just wanted to take a nap but It was not the right time for it. So I went downstairs and asked my mum. What she was doing. She was preparing dinner.
