HYUNJIN and lino were quick to kick open the entrance from the back, hoping the sound wasn't all too loud.
"shit, what are they planning?" hyunjin panted as they raced up the staircase that greeted them once the door was open.
both of them didn't have a good feeling. they could feel it deep in their stomach. for some reason, it felt like there was a huge presence near them that could easily get your mouth dry.
lino focused on the stairs while not directly answering him. "hm, did you also notice how thick the air around here is? it's eating me up inside."

as they reached the end of the staircase and stepped onto the first floor, they were met with lots of doors. they were all painted a colour of beige, only that the paint started to give up at the corners.
the hall wasn't all too huge, though the height of the roof gave the illusion it was. the two men looked at each other, lino signaling hyunjin to check the left while he did the right. they didn't talk as they didn't know whether they would hear them.
