chapter 43:
rose is 8 months pregnant.
8 months of crying, sleeping, eating, and lots of greys anatomy episodes.
even though, adam has told her multiple times before to stop watching greys anatomy when pregnant.
she hasn't listened.
"love, watching greys anatomy while you're pregnant will make you dead scared of giving birth. stop it. I'm serious" he told her once, but when adam goes to the gym or work, she turns it on, on the tv.
"why don't you watch friends or disney movies?" he asked her once, and she responded with, "it makes me so emotional, and I love it, adam."
it does not make sense to adam.
rose has been told that she can start expecting to be brought to the hospital by the end of this week.
she has been told by dr. emily that she may have an early labor.
rose is in the middle a grey's anatomy episode when she feels a minor braxton hicks contraction.
adam is at work.
eliana is at work.
finn is with his father.
may and georgia are at the flower shop.
jack and natalie are in bristol.
rose dials sam's number.
ever since rose's pregnancy, everyone has been busy with that.
everyone is ready for when she'd call or come to the hospital.
"rose, are you okay, dear?" asks sam, through the phone.
"sam, i'm-I'm in so mu-ch pain." rose's words are cut off because of her unsteady breaths.
"okay, dear. I can come to your place, pick you up, and take you to the hospital."
sam has already gotten off his chair and picked up his car-keys.
"can you hold on for 10 minutes?" asks sam.
rose lets out a scream before mumbling the weakest okay ever.
"do you want me to call adam, for you?" sam asks her.
"no no, he'll-he'll get worried. I can see him at the ho-hospital."
sam nods at her words and leaves his house before reaching rose's place at 13:46.
"oh love, I'm so sorry" says sam when he sees rose on the floor accompanied by dodo.
"can you walk?" he gets on the floor in front of her and rubs her knees.
"I can't walk, no sam." she picks her head off between her knees and her eyes are all teary.
"I'll carry you, come sweetheart."
sam gets behind her and carries her by her underarm.
"c-can you feed dodo?" she lets out, pointing at dodo.
"ok-okay, I will."
sam's heart breaks at the sight of rose's sobbing voices.
rose does not leave until dodo has eaten, and sam does not leave until he sends adam a message.
the drive to the hospital is so so nerve-racking, due to the fact that she feels wet, or damp.
the wait for rose to arrive to the hospital, drives adam crazy.
he has argued with 3 doctors, and 5 nurses.
"adam, you have got to calm down. how will you meet rose, like that? she's already worried sick."
