While waiting at Madrid's airport I took my laptop and started writing. I thought this was as good a time as any to get some work done. At some point I would be able to go back to my real life in which I needed money and food, and to pay rent, basically to live. I spent the flight to Dublin hooked to my screen, my new novel was going to be one filled with fantasy and of course an epic love story as that was what my writers were expecting from my books. I tend to start with the name of the book, it's my north. Eventually I change it if the story takes an unexpected turn, but most times I keep the one that first came to mind. This one was called: Runner's delight.

Idris asked about 10 times what I was writing about and I always deflected. We finally got to Dublin and rented a car at the airport. He said it was a 4 hour drive to our destination. We had spent so much time together by now, that I've gotten used to his presence, it was hard for me to imagine I had once been so afraid of him. Yes, there were so many things I still did not understand, but I knew in my gut he was not the monster I once thought he was.

—Tell me what your book is about. –He said in a deep and dark voice.

I laughed. —What are you trying to do?

—Needed to see if it still didn't work on you.

—Nope, still freewill over here. –I said with pride. —Now my turn. –I tried to imitate his deep dark tone mockingly. —Tell me your deepest darkest secret. –I laughed out loud.

His face turned numb. —I killed the love of my life. –He said without feeling or expression, he just answered quickly and coldly.

He shook his head and now he looked angry, furious. He pushed me against the car seat with his right arm and screamed at me —Don't ever do that again. –He paused. —Did you hear me?

I felt terrible, I didn't know I could, I was just joking. That was not the right way to learn things about someone, I felt like shit.

—I'm sorry. I didn't think...

He removed his arm and placed it back again on the wheel. He didn't speak one more word till we arrived.

Dingle. I kept reading in the road signs, and I saw we got nearer and nearer until I saw the signs that welcomed us to the town. The road passed through the sea side where there were many little fishing ships. Each one was painted in a bright different color which made the scenery look dreamy. We drove around the bay and saw the little town on our right. The little houses were as colorful as the ship. We did not stop there, we passed through the town and the bay and continued through a smaller road. It was so narrow that whenever we were faced with another car, we had to pull into the bushes and stop the car to make room for the other vehicle to pass. We drove 10 more minutes through this road until we got to the end of it. The nose of the car stood directly over a cliff that was taller than anything I've seen before in nature. It was as if something had fallen from the sky and cut the earth to its deepest depths and you were looking down directly at hell. But the most beautiful hell you've ever seen. The water was light blue and green, the sun was shining over it making the silver waves on top of it. I've never seen so many shades of green in my life as in the grass the car was parked on.

We walked out and I stood in silence trying to take it all in. He didn't speak as he walked to our right and over the front steps of a beautiful and huge one story house. C&J Bread and Breakfast. Read the gorgeous wooden signs hanging next to the door.

We were in the middle of nowhere. I felt as safe as you could be there and thought there was no chance Luc could ever find out where I was.

—Idris!! –A female voice shouted from inside the house. —I knew you were coming.
