As I trained on the ship, my leg had healed over the past few weeks, and I was feeling good. I was engrossed in practicing my firebending when the sound of clapping caught my attention. I turned my head and was astonished to see X casually leaning against the side, his mask fixed upon me.

"X? How did you manage to be here?" I blurted out, my surprise evident.

X pulled out a familiar piece of clothing, Toph's headpiece. A wave of despair washed over me. "Where on earth did you find that?" I exclaimed, feeling anger surge through my veins.

"Where do you think?" X retorted, tossing the headpiece casually into my hands.

Clutching Toph's headpiece tightly, I felt a surge of anger building up within me. "I'm going to end you!" I shouted, my voice filled with rage. Without hesitation, I charged forward, unleashing streams of fire towards X. However, he effortlessly dodged my attacks, and my fury only fuelled the intensity of my firebending.

X swiftly unsheathed his sword, and I followed suit, drawing my own blades. Amidst the heated confrontation, a sudden realization struck me: "How can I..." My thoughts raced as I desperately sought strategies to evade X's strikes and mount a counterattack.

Leaping into the air, I spun my leg, intending to deliver a powerful blow. But a searing pain shot through my body, causing me to collapse onto the ground. As I raised my leg, I discovered that the device that aided my walking had vanished. Attempting to stand, I found myself overcome with weakness.

Approaching me, X held my swords in his hands. "Just like Ba Sing Se. Once again, you've failed," he taunted, swinging the blades. The world faded to black as everything fell into darkness.

I jolted awake, finding myself sitting up as the warm morning light spilled into the room. Taking a deep breath, I quickly realized that it had all been a vivid dream. Relief washed over me as I glanced around, seeing my friends safe and sound. Determined, I reached for the device that aided my walking and securely fastened it to my leg.

Outside, Aang had enveloped us in a protective cloud using his airbending. "I think I spotted a cave down below," he mentioned, pointing towards it.

Sokka hushed him with a paranoid expression on his face. "Shh...let's stay quiet," he advised, his cautious nature taking over.

As Appa gracefully landed, I mustered the courage and leaped off, landing with a slight wobble. To my delight, the device hummed and ticked, functioning exactly as it should. Grateful for its support.

Sokka positioned himself behind a large rock, crossing his arms in frustration. "Nice work with the cloud camouflage, but next time...let's pretend to be the kind of cloud that knows how to keep its mouth shut," he grumbled.

Toph chimed in, her voice laced with sarcasm. "Yeah, we wouldn't want a bird overhearing our casual conversation and blowing our cover," she retorted.

I stepped forward, trying to defuse the tension. "Come on, Sokka. Relax a bit. Your paranoia won't do us any good," I urged, hoping to ease his worries.

As we settled inside the cave, I allowed my back to rest against the cool cave wall. My gaze kept gravitating towards Toph, my heart heavy with the memory of the dream. I never wanted her to experience any pain or suffering like I had. Meanwhile, Sokka voiced concerns about our nomadic lifestyle, expressing his frustration about constantly moving from one cave to another.

As Katara and Aang discussed the importance of blending in and disguising ourselves as Fire Nation, I nodded in agreement, realizing that my current attire already helped me blend in to some extent. I watched as my friends discreetly gathered the necessary clothes for their disguises.
