S1 Ep2: The Avatar Returns

Scorpion Would continue on walking through the snow breathing fire to keep himself warm he stopped at a snowbank to rest for a second in the distance he could see a fire nation ship heading towards the water tribe the urge to get up to go back was building inside "they don't need you" Scorpion repeated the same sentence over and over again not stopping for a second to think about it.

"You're really going to abandon people in need" A figure emerged out the snow wearing normal fire nation clothes he was an older looking guy "Dad?" the figure crossed his arms "I taught you to always protect those who can't protect themselves" Scorpion hung his head down knowing the apparition was right his own subconscious was telling him to change himself "I'm coming water tribe hold on".

The fire nation ship penetrated the walls of the water tribe village wind blew from the door opening Sokka waited patiently the villagers were the ones needing protected Zuko descended down the ramp taking Sokka with simple heel kick the entire village was frightened by the prince and his army.

Zuko grabbed Gran-Gran holding her trying to give a description of the avatar although it was way off the mark Sokka charged being overthrown dodging a fire blast a kid tossed him a spear with the warrior spirt inside him Zuko proved his skill besting Sokka in hand-to-hand combat with fire bolts ready to strike him, Aang riding on a penguin took Zuko off his feet.

Zuko quickly got back to his feet his men surrounded Aang his air bending hit Snow at them declaring he was indeed the avatar ready for a fight to protect the village and his friends, Zuko blasted fire towards Aang who deflected it with his staff the backlash nearly hit the villagers Zuko used Aangs good will personality against him knocking him down to the ground "Weak"

Scorpion burned his chain looking at Zuko his own cousin it was doubtful he remembered him for they both had changed since they were kids his foster family would be over the capital for the reason Scorpion only got to know as he got older, Scorpion got an idea in mind he spoke calmy his swords went invisible the guards too both him and Aang into custody giving a wink to Katara to reassure her that he knew what he was doing.

The Villagers would start repairing the damage done to it while Katara at the horizon feeling guilty for letting Aang and Scorpion be taken Sokka got the canoe ready for them to follow when Appa growled Katara smiled knowing the better plan.

Scorpion had his hand tied behind his back a guard was sitting watching him "You know my skills are pretty good i bet i can beat you without moving a muscle" The guard hit the wall annoyed at him the swords became visible they floated bonking the guard on his head

Scorpion cut himself loose in the hall more guards were running he slides his feet blasting fire running he knew Aang was going for his staff, Aang was running fast he passed a room with his staff entering the room Zuko closed the door behind him "look like i underestimated you" he had Aang right where he wanted him.

Aang evaded Zuko's fire blast airbending round the room with air ball getting more frustrated firing fire all around Aang grabbed his staff bending a mattress into Zuko taking him out as he ran Scorpion made his way out the deck taking out guards left and right when a individual dropped from up top.

Fire swarmed around his sword eyeing Scorpion an x painted on his helmet he looked like an elite assassin unfamiliar territory this was for Scorpion it was broken up when Aang collided with both people.

They laid out in a square Scorpion helped Aang to his feet both ready to take out the men in the air Appa growled with Katara and Sokka on him "Aang watch out" Scorpion pushed Aang out the way deflecting a fire blast from Zuko, X did a flying kick sending Scorpion into the side Zuko was relentless and X slashed a symbol that knocked Aang into the water.

Scorpion swept X off his feet punching Zuko in the face using fire to battle both teens off Aang burst out the water his arrow glowing he was in the avatar state with a giant whirlpool he knocked X and Zuko off the boat after it he fell to ground exhausted with Scorpion helping pick him up.

Sokka picked up his staff when Zuko grabbed hold of it trying to pull himself up all he got was being poked in the head with it falling grabbing hold of the anchor chain "Ha, that's from the water tribe", Katara used her waterbending first try she froze Sokka's feet on her second attempt she successfully froze the fire nation soldiers.

Scorpion helped unfreeze Sokka with his fire climbing onto Appa flying up to leave Iroh came out rubbing his eyes seeing Appa flying he noticed Scorpion wearing a red scarf "Son?" he thought to himself helping Zuko up both fire benders shot fire at the bison.

Aang used his air bending to deflect it into the side causing an avalanche onto the ship stopping it from perusing them, all four of them cheered at an incredible escape

On the ship X sharpened his blade "you got bested by a kid" he mocked Zuko an enjoyable smirk on his face Iroh had to hold him back from fighting "We all got beat by them" X scoffed heading to his chamber, Scorpion took out sandwiches from his satchel sharing it all around the team was happy knowing they could trust each other.

Katara: what's the Plan now?

Aang: we go to the water tribe to master waterbending

Scorpion: sounds like fun

Sokka: think of all the food we will get to try

Katara: You will also get to crack a couple of fire nation soldiers

Sokka: I'd like that

Scorpion: So, would I
