Just like any other event , Jayde made sure Julian's party would be everything he wanted it to be. She knew he liked to smoke , so she made sure his favorite dispensary would be supplying weed to roll and edibles. Julian's favorite liquors were Hennesy and Dusse , so Jayde made sure she had a gallon of each all to himself and ordered mini bottles of liquor to sit at each table.

She hired his favorite Dj to host the music and half of the party.
She invited all of his friends and family and a special guest that was a surprise. She even invited Kai and Naija.

Jayde made sure that the menu consist of all his favorite things especially weed infused chicken wings. She wanted her man to enjoy himself and have a good time.

"Long time no see bitch , i missed you girl!" Serene said , hugging Jayde as they met up to get their nails and toes done.

"I missed you too. I haven't seen you since you had Spirit. How is she?" Jayde asked.

"She's doing good. Being a spoiled brat is usual. I want her to meet Serenity soon." She said picking out a color for her nails.

"I feel like we haven't been talking lately. What's new? You're glowing." Jayde said looking at her face and and how much weight she'd lost since the baby.

"Promise you won't judge me. Just promise me you won't." Serene took a seat in the pedicure chair.

"What happened? Is it Davon?" Jayde asked curiously.

"No me and him is good. It's something else girl. I just feel so bad and-"

"What's going on sista?"

Serene took a deep breath , "So whenever I go to Houston you know I have my friends out there and the ones I do photo shoots with."

Jayde hummed , agreeing.

"I met this guy out there and—"

"Come on Serene. I thought you knew better." Jayde already knew what she was going to say.

"He show me a good time. He the type of hood Nigga I like. Davon is my baby , you know that , he knows that but—"

"Does he know that you just had a baby or that you're a fiancé?!" Jayde said slapping her leg, getting upset with her.

"Yea he knows all of my tea and he don't care. He wants me for me."

"You're fucking him?" She asked.

Serene sighed and Jayde already knew the answer by her facial expressions.

"I cannot believe you. After what Davon did , and he did everything in his power to get you back! You finally got your ring and the baby. What does this new guy have that he doesn't?"

"Money." Serene said.

"Money? Are you serious right now? This is not my best friend talking."

"I thought you wasn't gon judge me Jay and that's all I feel right now."

"I'm disappointed. I want you to be happy , but not in drama sista. Davon is too good to you."

"I know! Which is why I'm not going to leave him over Rick."

"Rick?!" Jayde mouth dropped open , kneeling exactly who she was talking about.
"He is the most dangerous person. Do you know what he does for a living?!"

"Yes I do! He lives a dangerous life but—"

"And that's what you like?"

"I like him. Not what he does."

Jayde rolled her eyes and ignored her for the rest of their nail date. She was going to invite her to Julian's party , but she thought Serene needed time to realize what she's doing.
