•THREE YEARS LATER •

Jayde ran her stomach over her six month pregnant belly as she began to wrap Christmas presents for Jace and Serenity.
Malik was out with his mother shopping for a Christmas tree.

"No Jace , put that down baby and go play with your toys." Jayde said grabbing the wrapping paper from him. He stormed off in his play room to play with his toys.

When Malik came back , the house was fully decorated and Jayde had just took some chocolate chip cookies out of the oven.

"What's up my beautiful wife. You got the house lookin' nice." He said kissing her then grabbing a cookie that was too hot for him to eat , causing Jayde to laugh at him. Him and Jayde decided on moving in together right after they got married. He found them the perfect house that had enough room for their children and the new addition to the family.

"Thank you. Kasey and Kamille wanted me to bake these cookies for Santa while Jace wanted to play with his toys all day." She kissed his lips.

"Where Serenity?" He asked.

"She'll be with her dad for Christmas. Darling is pregnant and she wanted to surprised the both of them."

Although Jayde didn't like Darling at first, they relationship has progressed over the years and she grew to like her for the sake of Serenity, because she actually did like her.

"I got a surprise for you baby." Malik said, giving her a box.

She opened and there was a bigger ring than she had on inside. "Malik this is beautiful!" She smiled.

"I wanted to give you an upgrade from that ring."

"Baby you didn't have to , but thank you so much. I love you." She kissed his lips repeatedly.

"I gotta get the tree from outside , why don't you play a little music and help me decorate?" Malik suggested.

"Only if you promise to massage my feet after."

He laughed , "I'll do that and then some."
He carried her to the living room so they could have family time and set up the Christmas Tree.

Serene and Davon was settling into their new home as it was a gift to Serene for retiring from modeling and being a stay at home mom. They wanted more children , but they wanted to wait until they were genuinely ready because Spirit was a handful herself.

A new 2022 Mercedes-Benz GLC AMG 43 pulled was in their driveway making Serene unable to park her car.
"Davon who car is that?" She looked over at him.

"Yours." He smiled taking the keys out his pocket.

Serene squealed with excitement kissing him over and over. "Davon! What made you wanna get me this?!" She couldn't believe her eyes.

"I love yo ass and you deserve it. Just a early Christmas gift." He smiled.

"Thank you so much baby I really appreciate you. We can start workin' on baby number two tonight I promise , or you wanna start now?" She asked in seriousness.

"We can start now." He said as they both rushed into the house, making sure Spirit was sleep before they got it on.

Darling was preparing her Christmas dinner, the night before. Julian was finishing up on the Christmas Tree.

"That looks amazing baby." Darling smiled coming into the living room to see what he had done.

"I tried my best. I ain't never did this shit before." He said taking of picture of the tree because his mom wanted to make sure he was doing it right.
"I have an early Christmas present for you." Darling said giving Julian a box.

"I thought we wasn't giving—"

"Just open it baby. It's a small gift." She smiled waiting for him to open it.

He looked at her and then proceeded to open the box to a positive pregnancy test. Darling didn't even look pregnant, but the test showed otherwise.
"I couldn't wait until tomorrow to tell you." She smiled.

He sat the test down and hugged her tightly. "I love you."

" I love you too."

Before Darling actually became pregnant, they've tried so many times and failed to conceive. This moment was so special to them because Julian really wanted to build his family with Darling and so did she. They were each other's endgame and it felt right knowing that Julian was so sure about someone in his life. Though he thought he would've been Jayde , he still wished her the best of luck with her marriage and pregnancy.

Jaylen and Micah decided to part ways after not being able to keep up with the lies and infidelity that they both brought between the relationship. He really wanted to settle down with her but Micah always did was she knew best—party and have fun.

Jaylen was on his feet better than ever and it took a couple friends to drop and different routes to take , but he came out on top doing things the right way. He was single , but he didn't want anyone at the moment. He focused on his children and continued to get his life together. He was able to see his kids again and couldn't wait to go Christmas shopping for them—his boys was his pride and joy.

"Merry Christmas dad!" The twins said in unison.
Their mom let them stay with Jaylen for the last two weeks of December just so they could have time to catch up and spend time with their father , something they hardly ever got or do.

"Merry Christmas my boys. Y'all got this for me?" He said taking a gift from Kaiser as Kayden went to sit down on the couch.

"Yeah mama said you would like it."

Jaylen opened the gift and smiled as it was a picture with him holding the twins the day they were born. He almost shed a tear remembering that day like it was yesterday.

"Dad are you crying?" Kayden asked laughing.

"Naw son. I ain't crying." He quickly wiped his eyes , setting the picture next to the other pictures he had framed on his living room fireplace.

"Yes you were." They twins laughed at him , making him laugh.

"Alright y'all got me."

"You told us you were a gangster and that gangster don't cry." Kaiser said.

"Well you know what , gangsters do cry. It's okay to cry. Come here I love y'all boys man."

"We love you too dad."

"Merry Christmas." Kayden said.

"Merry Christmas." Jaylen said back
