Connie POV: 

*tw: violence

As soon as I enter the small bar where the band is supposed to play, all I can hear is screams and cheering and it reeks of alcohol. I walk around and see if I can see Elina, but she is nowhere in sight.

I thought she said she will be here in 5. I am 10 minutes late and she still isn't here. 

I look around and see if I can find anyone I recognize, but all I see is a bunch of people dancing and a guy singing on the stage with his electric guitar.

"Conradd,"I hear someone holler out of nowhere. As I turn my head, Liam places his hand on my shoulder and gives me a drink.

"Party of the year,"

I nod as I look out to the crowd, not really paying attention to him since the music is too loud to hear anyways. But then, at a small corner, stands Olivia looking out towards the crowd and leaning against the wall. I smile and get up to go towards her, but then I see Tae grab her hands and pull her into the crowd. I quickly sit down and watch as they go towards the dance floor and he places his arms around her. I watch as she starts to dance and looks up towards him with a big smile.

"Ain't that your girl?" I hear Liam say next to me.

"Uhm-" I say while taking a sip of my drink and not knowing what to say.

I watch as Tae places his hand on Olivia's cheek and gets close to her. And the more closer he gets, the more it feels like torture.

"Yeah we-" I stop as I watch Elina interrupt them by placing her arm around Olivia. I sigh in relief, knowing that there is no way I could see that. At least not right now.

"Yeah we broke up a while ago," I say to Liam who is still standing there looking towards Olivia and Tae.

"Damn, sorry man," he says and then places his hand on my shoulder again.

"You lost a good one,"

He shakes his head as he gives me a pitying look.

As he walks away, I say "it's fine,".

But he just nods with a sympathetic smile.

What does he know?

I sit and watch as Tae places a piece of Olivia's hair behind her ear and quickly turn around, not wanting to torture myself anymore.

"You're welcome," I hear Elina say as she sits next to me.

"For?" I ask. But she just shrugs with a grin and takes my chips away from me.

"My bad, I didn't know they would be here...together," she says.

I look over to her and give her a big sarcastic smile.

"Aren't you here with your girlfriend, go with her," I say, and remove the smile as I turn away.

"But you are just sitting here and watching them and it-"

"I am not,"

"Suree,"

I ignore her and order another drink.

"Okay, I will head ou-"

"Go go," I say, shoo-ing her away with my hands before she can even finish.

1 more hour. I will stay 1 more hour and then head home.

Suddenly, I hear screaming start to arise from behind me and the music is turned off. There are cheers and the group gathers around.

What are people fighting about now.

"I heard you were playing and I decided to come and surprise you, and then- and then," I hear a girl holler with cracks in her voice, as if she is about to start crying.

As I get up, I see Olivia, Tae, and some girl in the middle of the crowd.

"I mean-who even is she. How-"

The girl turns around and places her face onto her hands. I look over at Tae that looks up the the ceiling but then goes towards the girl and places his hand on her shoulders.

"Beth," he says, but she just pushes his arm away.

"3 years Tae. 3 fucking years of us being together and then you go and pull this shit,"

"Shit, it's Beth," I hear Elina say from beside me. "I thought they had broken up,"

"Beth, it ain't like that," Tae says, while leaving Olivia behind him.

I look over at Olivia who looks very shocked and confused, but mostly alone.

The girl stops, points at both of them and does a sarcastic chuckle as she looks away.

"Then what is it like Tae, tell me?" she places both of her hands together and moves away from him when he tries to get close.

"I mean- I come to you being a few inches away from her, about to kiss or whatever, when you told me last night that "you loved me" and "Couldn't wait to see me" on call. Incredible Tae. You are so fucking unbelievable."

"I do. I love you, I do. I promise I-"

Before he can even finish his sentence, the girl walks over towards him, and gives him a slap across the face. Everyone in the room gasps and some random girl claps, cheering her on.

Tae stands there, looking at Beth while placing his hand over his cheek. Beth shakes her head in anger and looks over at Olivia,

"I'm sorry, I didn't kno-" Olivia starts to say, but then she is interrupted by the girl.

"Sure you didn't," she says as she gives them both a long stare, shakes her head in disbelief, and  walks away. I look over at Olivia, who is visibly angry and trying to talk, but not being able to get anything out of her mouth.

"Beth," Tae says as he sighs and tries to follow the girl. But as he starts to walk away, Olivia grabs his arm pulling him back

"Tae wait," Olivia says with a sigh. But instead of waiting, he pushes her aside, causing her tumble.

This man is fucking dead. 

I get up and push through the crowd, trying to calm my anger but at the same time, wanting to beat this man to death. But once I get towards the middle, I see Olivia start to charge towards Tae and stand in front of him. Then suddenly, out of nowhere, she gives him the most deserving slap that is literally music to my ears. Everyone in the room gasps and as he turns around. There is a noticable redness on his cheek in which doesn't fucking seem red enough.

"Don't you dare lay your hands on me,"

"Olivia wai-" Tae starts to say, but Olivia interrupts him.

"I hope you rot in hell," she says, as she walks away from him. 

Some people start cheering as she walks away and Tae just stays on the ground, looking towards her. As she walks away, she looks towards me and takes a deep breath in. I can see the redness in her eyes as starts to walk away again towards the door.

He is fucking dead.
