Day 4 - Journal

I see journaling as a method which allows me to release clogged feelings and energies. While writing, I visualize the negativity, hurt and pain transferring from my body through my hand and onto the paper.

This technique is effective and I can assure you that you will feel lighter after you are finished.

Questions to ask yourself:

How am I feeling?

Where am I aching?

Is it physical or mental?

When exactly do I feel this pain or emotion?

How can I fix it?

Be honest with yourself. There is no wrong or right answer, this is just you analyzing yourself.
