Is there something that you know you can do to heal, but are afraid of doing it?

Plenty are aware of the process of healing however we are not confident enough. Especially when we've been hurt for so long or sick for so long. We've adapted to the place of pain and trauma and we demonize everything and everyone that could possibly bring us healing.

Today I want you to challenge yourself. Do that thing that you are afraid to do. Eat that food that doesn't taste too good but benefits your body. Go to the doctor. See a therapist. Get the gym membership. Whatever it is, challenge yourself and JUST DO IT.

I promise you, the hardest part is starting. Once you make the first step, everything gets easier and you'll be surprised to see how transformative that one decision can be.
