Day 9 - Drink Wata & Mind Your Business

I think we've all heard this song on a social media platform by now. There is even some TikTok videos using the sound and in those videos, content creators focus on two things:

1. Their water intake
2. Their own business

Now I am here to tell you the same thing using different words:

1. Focus on your health
2. Drink water to heal and hydrate yourself

Many times we have reoccurring headaches that we blame on migraine, stress, high blood pressure and even tumors, when in reality we are only dehydrated.

On average, our bodies are made up of around 65% water, depending on a few factors, that percentage will differ.

But more than half of your body is water which means you have to drink sufficient to replenish what's lost during the day through perspiration, urination, and yes, respiration.

So fam, drink water and mind your health.
