You have the power over your well-being. While gene plays a role in it, that is only a percentage.

The interesting part is that there are certain things that can be done in order to promote healing. So regardless of your gene, you can get healed and stay healed.

Remember, you have to get your mind right!
There is no method that will ever be successful when the mind is not in alignment.

Think healing and that is today's task.

You'd already acknowledged the pain ✔️

You're now aware that the mind is powerful ✔️

So now I want you to THINK HEALING. Tell yourself that you are going to be doing whatever it takes for your recovery. You'll be surprised how things magically falls into place for you.
