Day 8 - Just Flow

Don't fight it, you're only wasting your energy.

Like the river, we must just "go with the flow" and as cliché as it may sound, it has a huge impact on our mental health.

When we go with the flow we let go and allow the greater force to take control. It's like floating on water. You have to relax, release all tension and let the water hug and caress you, gentle pacing you from point A to point B. If you fight the waves you're going to sink.

This is the approach we must take when trying to heal. Understand the ailment, experiment with remedies, and keep the faith that you will find healing. Do not let frustration in because stress and fatigue will follow after. These energies are not in sync with your healing intentions and two energies can not dwell in the same body at once.
