All your life you've probably been breathing wrong. Let me prove it. Does your shoulders move when you breathe?

If yes, you're not breathing correctly.

When you breathe in, your belly must expand as you fill your lung with air. When you breathe out, your stomach must relax as you release the air.

Try it.

I challenge you to become intentional with your breathing, at least 10 minutes per day. Proper breathing is a great stress reliever, anxiety killer and it can disrupt negative thinking in an instant. All you have to do is be intentional.
