In a world where we're constantly glued to our screens, we unknowingly foster an addiction. With countless apps at our fingertips, most of them free, we trick ourselves into thinking we're not losing anything. But the truth is, we're paying with something far more valuable: our time.

A crucial step toward healing is disconnecting from your devices and reconnecting with your surroundings, and more importantly, the real people around you.

Going offline doesn't mean abandoning your online friends. It means taking time to invest in yourself, so when you return, you're more equipped to invest in them.

Headaches, shoulder pain, and backaches are often tied to our devices, largely due to poor posture while using them. Add to that the emotional strain that comes from endlessly scrolling for hours!

Let us not give our gadgets more power than they deserve.
