———————————————————————I feel so loved tonight.
I had three friends defend me, not caring about the consequences of their actions.
I mean, Coco only spat on Heather, but that's pretty heinous in her eyes.
Lana and Savvy on the other hand—what they did is a prison-able offence.
But they did it all for me.
For me.
It makes me so happy I could cry.
Now all I want is to be with Hades.
I wasn't expecting him to be in the apartment when I got home, he never usually is, but then I started getting this peculiar feeling to look out the window.
When I saw how clear the sky was, I knew I had to call him, so I did, and then I came up with the idea the surprise.
My surprise is very simple, I'm going to drive us to a place so we can properly appreciate the stars.
It feels so long ago when we laid on my bed at my old apartment and stared at my fake starry night ceiling, and now I hope we can actually look at real ones.
All I need is for him to let me drive, which probably won't happen.
I know Hades is a little funny about letting other people drive him, but I have a place in mind and only I know where it is.
He might also have reservations because of the sedative incident, but I think I'm fully recovered.
I hold Acorn as I pace around the apartment.
At first, I was going to wait outside for him, but it was too cold.
I hear the familiar ding of the floor's elevator and I put Acorn in his basket, before opening the door for Hades.
He looks like shit.
His face is wan and his eyes have deep bags underneath, he's still beautiful though.
"Hey," he says, smiling weakly. "Come here."
"Wanna know your surprise?" I ask when he wraps his arms around me.
"Mhm." He says, blue eyes staring down at me.
He inconspicuously glances towards our bedroom and smirks.
"No," I laugh. "It's not here."
"No?"
"No, it's out in the wild," I drop my voice to a whisper. "In a hidden place."
"Yeah?" He whispers back.
"Yeah, but I have to drive us," I say.
He's quiet for a few moments as if mulling the idea over in his mind, I know that letting me drive him is a big trust thing.
I won't be that offended if he doesn't let me, but I'm hoping he does.
"You'll drive?" He asks.
"Yeah."
His hand slides against my waist.
"Alright, let's go."
"So I can drive you?" I need to double-check here, I wasn't expecting this.
"Yeah," he puts his keys in my back pocket. "I trust you."
We leave out of the emergency exit door because he knows I prefer going that way as opposed to leaving out the main doors where we have to walk past the front desk.
