Dutch Van Der Linde
Dutch, Arthur, Lenny and Y/N headed to the train station in Saint Denis. Normally Y/N would stay at camp helping people when they got back from the mission. But since it was just a huge robbery, it'd be best to bring Dutch's favorite doctor. Sadly the robbery was a setup, Arthur only managed to get a couple thousand. The 4 escaped, managing to steal a trolley car. Unfortunately the trolley car crashed, everyone had minor scratches well besides Dutch. Dutch got injured, it wasn't too bad. Well that's what Dutch kept telling Y/N as he took care of his wounds during the shoot out. "Y/N, you can deal with me later but we have a fight to win." Dutch said, itching to fire his gun and help out. "I know you're the boss usually. But i'm the boss right now. Lenny and Arthur are good shots, they'll provide backup." He said, a hint of worry in his voice. Dutch relented and let Y/N take care of him as they moved on back to camp.

Javier Escuella
Most of the gang's men, including Y/N washed up on Guarma. Sadly the locals aren't friendly, putting the gang in a chain gang to who knows where. A couple of rebels peered from the bushes and ambushed the guards, helping the Van Der Lindes escape. In this shout out Javier got injured. "We gotta move Dutch!" yelled Bill. Y/N ran to Javier, managing not to get shot in the process. "What are you doing, son?!" Dutch yelled. "We can't leave him behind." Y/N said and got Javier on his feet, putting his arm on his shoulder and ran out of the fire. "You're crazy, we could have lost two men." Dutch said. "I couldn't leave him behind." Y/N helped Javier walk with the rest of the group as they followed the rebels. "Thank you, Y/N." He weakly smiled.

Charles Smith
Charles and Y/N went camping together, Y/N followed Charles closely as they both watched a deer for the perfect opportunity to strike. They both pulled out their bows, ready to aim. Y/N was completely focused but Charles wasn't, he was a bit too busy staring at Y/N. They both didn't notice the wolf slowly approaching before it was too late, the wolf bit Charles leg. They both immediately freaked out and Charles managed to kill it, the deer running away in the process. Y/N quickly took Charles back to their campsite and examined his wound. "I know it hurts a lot, but don't worry darlin'. The wound isn't that bad and you're lucky you're with me." Y/N grabbed his medical bag from his tent and started treating Charles' leg. "Thank you, dear." He winced in pain. "Don't worry about it. I'll find us some dinner tonight."

Arthur Morgan
Arthur's health started to decline after he visited Thomas Downes to collect the debt he owed Strauss. Y/N was worried, he quickly noticed the change in his boyfriend. His face being pale and red, losing breath quickly and coughing. Arthur hid this well, coughing away from people. But Y/N caught on quickly. He approached Arthur's tent who was relaxing in his cot, writing in his journal. He put his book down, "Hey darlin'. Everything alright?" Y/N sat down at the end of his cot, "We need to talk." Y/N looked at Arthur and he set his journal down. "Oh? About what?" Arthur started getting a bit nervous. "Please be honest with me, I know something's wrong. Tell me." Y/N put his hand on top of Arthur's. Arthur started getting nervous, "I don't know what's wrong. I just started feeling like shit, I didn't want to worry you." He squeezed Y/N's hand. "Hey, it's okay. I'll figure out what's wrong with you and take care of you." Y/N smiles and so does Arthur
