Overtime. Humanity's dreaded thing. Though as your team's jr manager, you've been doing a lot recently. Picking up slack from the rest of the team. Especially since some of them are lazy! Damn you!!! But it's fine, you do it with a smile. Though it's starting to crack. Dark circles under the eyes, snoozing off especially during breaks.

Alejandro, your boss and head manager noticed that, not to mention boyfriend of 5 months. He watched you stay late at the office for 2 weeks. And the effects it was doing to you. He started making coffee for you. Then he noticed how you stopped eating. Instead you decided to nap at your desk or in the break room. Maybe nibbling on a snack from the vending machine or an apple from the bowl. So, he'd bring you lunch. Most of the time he'd make it, sometimes he'd buy you take out and buy some for the rest of the team to lesson suspicion from the others.

It's 9:30. Everyone has gone home. Even the janitors went home 30 minutes ago. It's just you on this floor. There's probably other poor souls doing overtime too. Just the hum of the computer screen as company. And reassurance that there are security guards downstairs who'll start their building patrol in 30. Your work was interrupted when Alejandro walked into your office. He glanced around the cute and familiar knickknacks and photos on your desk, shelves and walls.

"Come on, mi corazón. You need rest. You haven't been sleeping well, just working right? Please, you need sleep.." He manhandled Y/N, picking them up from the office chair. Y/N looked at him, a sleepy look on their fan. "Just let me save my work..." Alejandro interrupted with a kiss to the lips. Y/N sleepily kissed back.
"It auto saves. It'll be fine. It's time for sleep." Y/N took it literally and fell asleep. "That's not what I meant." He laughed and patted their head.

Y/N woke up, haven't feeling this well rested in ages. The bed was comfy. Oh wait, he recognized it. It was his boyfriend's bed. Alejandro looked at them. "Did you sleep well? You slept till 5pm." He chuckled.
"It's 5pm! But I'm supposed to be at work!" Alejandro shushed them up. "I talked to my boss. All that overtime you got equaled into some vacation time. Though the boss said to use up your free sick time since you've been overworking yourself." He kisses your forehead. "Oh, that's good then. Maybe it doesn't hurt to sleep some more then.." Your eyes fluttered shut.
